Lovely house, good size bedrooms, fantastic master ensuite. Lots of equipment in kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Extra equipment for use in the garage is a great idea. We used the fishing net, the bigger bikes and boogie boards. The bikes weren’t as good as our own but better than having to bring a lot. Great location right near the basketball court. Easy to access with instructions to use and support contact number if needed.

Our family of four stayed at the property for 8 nights. The property is like home away from home. It is beautifully furnished, clean and very spacious. We were there when two days were over 40 degress and the ducted air conditioning kept us so cool. The property is in a lovely neighbourhood. Extremely quiet and access to so many walking/bike tracks. Cathy the host is extremely helpful and always responses very quickly to any queries you may have. Would definately stay again when we are down that way.

Fantastic house in a quiet location. It was very clean, well appointed, had plenty of room, a great outdoor area with landscaped gardens and a remote garage. It was perfect for our family holiday and we highly recommend it.

The home and our stay was even better than we had expected. The attention to detail was thoughtful and helpful. Everything you could need was provided in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, including toys, books, games, incredibly comfortable beds and excellent furniture. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor entertaining area was awesome. Beautifully landscaped gardens. Cathy is extremely quick to respond and a very friendly and efficient host with all communication and details regarding your stay. A absolutely beautiful wonderful place to stay. The home was amazing. Even better than I expected. The attention to detail was thoughtful and helpful. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of plates cutlery, cooking utensils, and condiments. The electric recliners were a huge hit. Such comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor entertaining area was great too. Beautifully landscaped gardens. A wonderful place to stay. Will highly recommend!

This property was perfect for us. Spotlessly clean and wonderfully appointed. It was lovely and spacious too. Cathy, our host, was terrific. The furniture was top quality. Just a shame we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area due to the weather. It would be a great spot in the warmer weather.

Home away from home

Our annual family summer holiday was thoroughly enjoyed at this beautiful, comfortable, spacious and welcoming home. It had all that one needs whilst away on holidays. From the front facade of the home all the way through to the back alfresco zone we were not disappointed. With the beach, walking tracks and park not far away it certainly kept us active as a family. Cathy our host is to be commended for her promptness and diligence in communicating with us when required. We will definitely look firward to a return to this relaxing home. We are already missing our time there. Thanks Cathy.

Five Star 🌟 comfort.

Easy and timely communication with Cathy. Instructions were simple and accurate. Everything we could possibly require or need for our comfort. We would not hesitate to recommend this for any group dynamic. There were toys, stroller, high chair to accomodate families or grandchildren. We were there to play golf at some the great Bellarine courses. It was 5 mins to Lonsdale Links - 20 mins from Portarligton and 35 mins to The Sands. Lots of great course choices - plenty to explore next year! Dinner at Gingerbaby in Queenscliff ( recommended by our host) was a great suggestion. Thanks for your hospitality!

Friends’ reunion & birthday celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay —the 6 of us felt very much at “home”. The house was very clean and spacious throughout. Excellent facilities, bedding very comfortable, indoor and outdoor settings for meals or chat —a very relaxed environment . Two separate lounge rooms with comfortable couches and a large TV a bonus! House location so close to the park, beaches, cafes and local towns. Cathy was very helpful and responsive to queries. Highly recommended this beautiful home! We will love to come back again for our next visit to Point Lonsdale/Queenscliff.

Cathy's amazing place

We loved the house. It was perfect for 8 of us. The house was very spacious, neat, clean, and well-maintained. We had the required supplies in the kitchen and laundry. 2 separate living with TV in each of them were convenient with kids having their time while the adults could have theirs. The house had a wonderful décor. The couches and seating were very comfortable. Dining tables were enough for all of us to dine at the same time. Beds, Pillows, and Quilts were very comfortable to rest/sleep on. Everything was very well arranged. Cathy was very helpful with quick responses to the queries before and after booking. She was very prompt in sharing all the information well in advance. She was also helpful with providing early check-in and late check-out. We could not have asked for more. With similar requirements in the future, we would love to book the same house again. We would also recommend this house to other friends visiting Point Lonsdale/Queenscliff.

Lovely family friendly home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a spacious and luxurious home, very comfortable beds, plenty of seating for 7 adults, and a well fitted out kitchen. We will be returning.

Exceptional property

We stayed here over ANZAC DAY with the family. The property is beautiful and had absolutely everything we could need. The communication with the owner was wonderful, with prompt replies to any questions or queries we had! Definitely recommend!
