Luxury Large Home - LATE CHECK OUT Feb-Nov 2025

A brand new luxury large home in Point Lonsdale, Pipi's is steps away from waterways, bike trails, local cafe and parks.
Pipi's has an abundance of space, including 4 bedrooms with a large master bedroom which is complemented with an en-suite bathroom including a large bath, walk in rain shower and walk in robe. We have three other bedrooms along with a central bathroom and separate powder room. In one of the bedrooms you will also find a workstation with two monitors and a Bluetooth mouse/keyboard. We have Wifi.
There are two spacious living areas, each with a large 75 inch Sony TV. The main living area includes an elegant kitchen with an oversized island bench, double sink, generous cupboard space and supplies. The electric recliner couches in the main living area are adjacent to large sliding doors which open up to a relaxing alfresco area. The alfresco area has an 8 seat concrete table and outside kitchen/Weber, which is perfect for outside dining.
You are steps away from the waterways at the Point and a street away from a hot coffee and delicious breakfast at Cafe 3225. A short drive and you will be at the beach, wineries, golf course or other Bellarine attractions. This house caters for all generations, with many additional extras such as kids books/toys, board games, lego, boogie boards, highchair, portacot, work from home set-up and a few bikes. You will certainly enjoy the serenity of Pipi's during your coastal getaway.

WHAT LINEN TO BRING: Please bring your own towels, sheets and pillow cases for the beds. We supply quilts, their covers, pillows, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. We can offer linen which you need to bring at an extra cost of $30 per bed.

Home away from home

Our annual family summer holiday was thoroughly enjoyed at this beautiful, comfortable, spacious and welcoming home. It had all that one needs whilst away on holidays. From the front facade of the home all the way through to the back alfresco zone we were not disappointed. With the beach, walking tracks and park not far away it certainly kept us active as a family. Cathy our host is to be commended for her promptness and diligence in communicating with us when required. We will definitely look firward to a return to this relaxing home. Five Star 🌟 comfort.

Easy and timely communication with Cathy. Instructions were simple and accurate. Everything we could possibly require or need for our comfort. We would not hesitate to recommend this for any group dynamic. There were toys, stroller, high chair to accomodate families or grandchildren. We were there to play golf at some the great Bellarine courses. It was 5 mins to Lonsdale Links - 20 mins from Portarligton and 35 mins to The Sands. Lots of great course choices - plenty to explore next year! Dinner at Gingerbaby in Queenscliff ( recommended by our host) was a great suggestion. Thanks for your hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay —the 6 of us felt very much at “home”. The house was very clean and spacious throughout. Excellent facilities, bedding very comfortable, indoor and outdoor settings for meals or chat —a very relaxed environment . Two separate lounge rooms with comfortable couches and a large TV a bonus! House location so close to the park, beaches, cafes and local towns. Cathy was very helpful and responsive to queries. Highly recommended this beautiful home! Cathy's amazing place

We loved the house. It was perfect for 8 of us. The house was very spacious, neat, clean, and well-maintained. We had the required supplies in the kitchen and laundry. 2 separate living with TV in each of them were convenient with kids having their time while the adults could have theirs. The house had a wonderful décor. The couches and seating were very comfortable. Dining tables were enough for all of us to dine at the same time. Beds, Pillows, and Quilts were very comfortable to rest/sleep on. Everything was very well arranged. Cathy was very helpful with quick responses to the queries before and after booking. She was very prompt in sharing all the information well in advance. She was also helpful with providing early check-in and late check-out. We could not have asked for more. With similar requirements in the future, we would love to book the same house again. We would also recommend this house to other friends visiting Point Lonsdale/Queenscliff.

Our stay at this fabulous house at The Point was perfect. It is a beautifully appointed home with plenty of comfortable living spaces both inside and outdoors.
