Good breakfast but poor check-in and service

My partner and I were quite excited to stay at this property as the reviews looked good, with many commenting on the breakfast. The breakfast definitely didn't disappoint with fresh pastries, bread, ham and cheese, and cakes. Our room was very modern, with a comfortable bed, and had clearly been renovated recently. The owner of the property was incredibly kind and warm and runs the whole property by himself. This sadly was the main issue for our stay. We called ahead in the morning to let him know that we'd be arriving around 6.30pm. Around 6.30pm, we arrived but couldn't locate the parking (no clear signs), but managed to get into contact with the owner after about 5-10 minutes. We were then told our room wasn't ready yet but would be soon so we said we'd happily wait in the dining room (he provided us with cakes and coffee). However, 1 hour passed without any contact and then we were told our room was finally ready, but it wasn't in the B&B but rather in another building 2 minutes down the road. We hoped our experience was just a bad day for the owner as he truly was really lovely and friendly. However, during our stay, it seemed that he was constantly too busy to attend to all his customers. All in all, good breakfast, comfortable room, but more staff needed to support the running of the property.

Host is very nice and always accommodated every request. Very glad that he has private parking since it would be very difficult to find street parking in the area. Probably the nicest budget accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice bathroom also. Coin laundry about 4 blocks East of B&B.

Simone, was very helpful. His place is clean and in great access to everything in Tuscany. Highly recommend staying here. Not to mention the great dining options and beautiful community, but the best place to eat is just a minute away. Delicato

Simoni was the perfect host. Authentic, warm and welcoming. He was very attentive and truly wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He made a wonderful Tuscan breakfast with fresh pastries he had picked up on the way over in the morning. Parking and Netflix were added bonuses. We loved the shower and my wife said it was the best shower she had after 2 weeks in Italy! He has a private patio for relaxing outside. Great location for exploring Tuscany.

Ottimo, super raccomandato

B&B al centro di Poggibonsi, con garage privato. Dispone di camere spaziose con bagno. Cucina in comune, dotata di tutti gli accessori. Colazione ottima, variegata e ricca. Il tutto gestito da Simone, gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre sorridente.

Quando sono arrivato non ho trovato nessuno. Ho chiamato al cellulare e si è presentato un individuo che mi ha detto che non aveva la camera disponibile. Voleva rimediare mandandomi in un albergo ma la cosa mi ha talmente infastidito che sono venuto via. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA GENERALE.

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay! The host alone, the breakfast alone, and the room alone were all worth the price.... could be charging much more than we paid!! Our best breakfast so far on our 1 month trip and our host was exceptional!

struttura situata in centro, comoda per tutto ristoranti, negozi e mezzi pubblici. Simone il proprietario persona stupenda fa di tutto per accontentarti già la mattina con la colazione speciale, e il posteggio in garage tanta roba. Consiglio sicuramente questa struttura per chi vuole visitare siena e dintorni.

Ücretsiz İnternet odada da çok iyi çekiyor. Otel merkezde. Otelin altında 24 saat kullanabileceğiniz kapalı garaj var. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.
