Stone Villa w/ private pool, enchanting sea view, close to the beach

Luxurious villa made completely from local white stone is located in Podstrana, near the ancient city of Split with its UNESCO world heritage sites. Well-appointed villa with a private pool is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends that will enjoy the stunning sea view, the easy walking distance to the nearest beach (150m), and the fact that it's still far enough from other properties or traffic - so you can completely enjoy your peaceful piece of paradise in quiet.

Apart from its cultural heritage, wine, and olives, small tourist town of Podstrana is also known for its culinary offer and beautiful pebble beaches which stretch for 9km.

The 220 square meters of the villa provides comfort, spaciousness, and style in every room: 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens – dining rooms and living rooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned. From its two large verandas, you'll have a splendid view over the Adriatic sea that stretches all the way to nearby islands and offers a chance to experience unique, enchanting sunsets. Shops and restaurants are all within a few minutes' drive.

Traditional stone BBQ behind the villa is terrific for preparing some fresh fish from the nearby seafood market, using the Mediterranean herbs and vegetables available in the garden. This stress-free environment is perfect for anyone who wants to relax away from the hectic everyday life and see why Dalmatia is so popular on many must-visit lists.

It's also an excellent base to explore the fantastic variety of attractions that the region has to offer: Diocletian’s Palace in Split; the cities of Trogir and Omiš; a ferry ride to the extraordinary Croatian islands like Hvar, Brač, Šolta, Vis or Korčula.

There is a private parking space for 3 cars in front of the villa, but more can park on the land just next to it. A car is recommended if you wish to explore the nearby cities, but it's good to know that the bus station is just a minute of walk away.

Villa Diana is built and owned by our small family which will be there to give you a warm welcome, and we'll be happy to be at your disposal during the whole time of your stay.

On request, we can organize airport transfer, chef/cook service, babysitting service, daily trips or car, yacht and sailboat rental for you.

Other things to note

Refundable damage deposit (400 €) will be asked at your arrival and it's going to be returned to you before departure if nothing is broken at the villa.
