Pureserviced has been providing quality luxury short term rental properties in the ocean city of Plymouth for five years, with most of our properties being very close to the water.
As a family business we are very conscious of ensuring all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay during their time with us. We employ our own team of guest relations staff, housekeepers, and maintenance to ensure the quality of our properties is maintained to a high standard.
The accommodation in brief comprises of an entrance hall, double bedroom, modern shower room comprising of a shower enclosure with a rainfall shower head, WC and wash basin.
On the first floor is the delightful light and airy open plan kitchen/sitting room with feature arched windows providing pleasant views across the city rooftops towards central park. The kitchen has solid woodwork surfaces, comprises of a wide range of wall and base units, gas hob, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast bar.
Externally there is a cobbled courtyard garden providing private off-street parking and remote-controlled roller doors with side pedestrian gate.
