LOCATION
“Tortuga” House located in a residential area, in a private controlled access gated 24/7 in the city of Playa del Carmen, around 40 minutes driving from Cancun Airport. Within a 15 minutes driving range you can go beaches, the popular 5th Avenue, malls and others. There is a convenience store within a few meters of the main gate of the residential, where you can go to shopping groceries.
THE HOUSE
“Tortuga” house is fully equipped for the comfort of our guests. Social area of living room and dinner room includes air conditioned, television, as well comfortable furniture to relax in this area. Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, blender, stove, water cooler, big bottled water, dishes, cups, cutlery and cutting tables. All bedrooms are airconditioned and with restroom, television, sheets, comforters, towels, shampoo, soap, toilet paper as well towels for the pool for all our guests. The garden has the set of chairs and table to relax outside. The house is with WIFI and all TVs are smart TV connected to house WIFI.
INSIDE THE RESIDENTIAL AREA
Inside the residential amenities are offered that all our guests can use, 3 swimming pools, barbecue area, parks, gardens, children’s play area, basketball court, and public restrooms.
OTHERS
-Ground round trip transportation from Cancun airport to “Tortuga” house, as well as rent of car or SUV are offered as additional service, this depending on availability.
-Energy consumption: Fare includes 10 kilowatts per night, this will be enough to keep you comfortable with our high efficiency Inverter technology equipment but is recommended to turn off things that you are not using, this to keep a conscious energy consumption. In the case of rare consumption of energy a charge of #3.3 Mexican pesos per kilowatt will be charged at your check out.

Awesome house, love it
The house was super clean and better looking in real than the photos, everything is as stated and better. Luis and Co-Host Yucelen were always in contact and very supportive in any doubt we had. Location is great, very easy to move in my car around Playa del Carmen city, beaches and cenotes. Loved the place, me and my family definitely recommend this place and for sure be back.
