If book here - you may not have somewhere to stay

We arrived and were informed with zero notice that the condo has maintenance issues (no explanation of what exactly the problem was) and they would be placing us in another sister unit 30 blocks north Plaza Paraiso. Was told it would only be for a night or 2, then 4-5 days, then our whole 10 day trip. Very unhappy with sister property. Very unhappy with property severe lack of communication. Went by the property and others staying there - feel confident overbooked and just put us wherever happened to be available. Would never book Plaza Paraiso or any Playa Moments property again.

Apartment is in a great location if you want to see playa del carmen's main street and beach. Nice apartment with all the facilities you need. Was a nice stay
