The building offer many amenities such as rooftop with pool and ocean view, reception, gym, parking and 24-hour security. As for the apartment, it has an incredible and modern decoration. Likewise, natural lighting is perfect as well as ventilation.
If we refer to the areas of the apartment, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 6 people, a living room with a sofa and television, a bathroom and two bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing table, television, closet and full bathroom. The second room has 2 double beds, closet and full bathroom. It should be noted that the entire apartment has air conditioning.
