Enjoy over 1,400 sq ft (aprox 140 sq mt) of living space with a large balcony, the Italian style furnitures, the fully equiped kitchen and the large TVs. We provide water, tea, coffee, salt and pepper to get you started!
This apartment is perfect to be enjoyed for a family or group of friends. Two blocks from world famous 5th ave, and 5 min walking distance to the beach. It's the perfect location since by walking distance you have all the amazing spots that Playa del Carmen has to offer.
One of the greatest parts of Playa del Carmen is the wonderful weather - typically in the 70s and 80s year round - so why not enjoy it outside! Grill fresh food on the balcony with our charcoal grill.
The apartment is very well decorated and appointed. On the walls you will find nice artwork. Adorning the counters there is nice, quality touches like glass vases and figurines. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality appliances sure to satisfy any cook.
The flat has a main bedroom has 1 king size new bed with a private bathroom, a large wardrobe and access to the private balcony. The second bedroom has 2 new individual beds, a chair and a large wardrobe.
The main space hosts the modern marble kitchen with stainless steel appliances, hot and cold fresh water cooler and breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with table and seating for 6. Adjacent to the dining area, our living room houses comfortable and ample seating and a Led HDTV. Off the living room is another private balcony

The apartment resides in the Paraiso Magico Condo only 2 blocks away from the pedestrian shopping and dining boulevard of 5th Avenue, and is only 4 blocks away from various beach clubs. DAC, a fresh fruit and veggie market is only 2 blocks away while the Mega, a large supermarket is right behind the building. The condo has a cleaning service, 24 hour security, elevator and a free ground floor parking.

We had a last minute reservation and lucky to find this opportunity. We had to move rooms 4 days into our trip due to an error when we checked in but were compensated with an upgrade in room. Great location/large space to spread out. A few things would have made our stay even better..air conditioning in living room would not go below 24 degrees so never really cooled the area, TV was locked out from receiving any channels.

This property was very convenient to everything and the unit was spacious clean and comfortable The only problem was the fact that our terrace faced the backside of the Soriano Mega store and all the tour buses lined up there constantly running their engines everyday sometimes up to 10 or more buses it was awful to smell gas or diesel fuel all the time other than that be careful to take the time to pick your unit we wouldn’t go back there again because of it

Great place away from the crowds on Avenida Cinco

Big, clean and comfortable 2nd floor apartment located next to shopping center and Food trucks!!! Really a nice place. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. The only complaint would be to provide a few more starter items. As we came from the States we were only bringing our clothing and personal effects. Maybe some paper towels, body soap, laundry pod, kitchen towels, salt and pepper, coffee and garbage bags. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We loved going "out" to eat just around the corner for authentic and delicious Mexican street food. Delicious and cheap! Dinner for 2 cost 6 bucks! The building has 24 hour reception which is very nice and safe as they buzz you in. We wound definitely return to this place!
