The cosy holiday apartment is located in the basement of a residential house on the landlord's 1000 sqm residential property in a prime residential location, only about 100 metres from Lake Plau with its promenade, beach and children's playground. Several restaurants within a radius of 300 metres. The holiday apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed, cot), an open kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC and central heating. There is a furnished outdoor seating area, barbecue, car parking space and 2 bicycles for hire.

The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets: One small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.



The climatic health resort of Plau am See is a small town in the Mecklenburg Lake District with a long tradition as a holiday resort. At 38.4 km², the lake of the same name is the third largest in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The town has beaches, boat and bike hire, diving and sailing schools, climbing parks, passenger boat trips and good fishing opportunities. There is also a picturesque old town centre with numerous restaurants, cafés and shops.
