Rural house of 180m2 built and 1000m2 of plot, 2 floors and 5 bedrooms. Located in a very quiet area, here you can enjoy a quiet environment and enjoy nature. It has a private pool. Also a barbecue and outdoor wooden furniture. In the living room you have an open fireplace and leather sofas. The kitchen is very well equipped. We provide sheets and towels. Pets Allowed.
Distributed on two floors, is located on the top of a hill to enjoy a lot of privacy and wonderful views in all directions and especially the natural landscape.
With asphalted access, fenced in all its perimeter and the entrance door to the plot is automatic opening with remote control.
The house has windows with mosquito nets. It consists of living room with lots of light, fireplace, air conditioning, comfortable sofas, Led TV. Kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, complete of all kinds of utensils, five large bedrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with three beds. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, bathroom, a room with washing machine and a large terrace.
In the outdoor area we have a swimming pool and a large plot.
Right at the entrance to the house there is a gas station and a shop where you can buy food and everything you need.

The arrival time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Departure must be made before 11:00

Check-in after 21:00 incurs the following charges:
- From 21:00 to 07:00, EUR 50
