Hotel is lovely and very nicely decorated rooms. However we were locked out of our rooms for an hour due to keycard not working and the lack of reception staff does make things a bit challenging. On a Saturday night there was a fair bit of noise from the bars downstairs but I imagine it is quieter on other nights. Location is fantastic right on the central square.

Room was modern, clean and spacious with a lovely view of the river. This was the best room we had during our trip. Breakfast is in a great cafe next door. Would definitely stay again.

The room was amazing and overlooked the Arno river, the bridge and piazza below. Very modern and luxurious. A wonderful stay. Walkable from the train station, the leaning tower of Pisa and lovely shopping all around. Gorgeous!

Lovely boutique hotel located on the river with all the dining amenities at your doorstep. Very well positioned to explore all of Pisa with the tower just a short 10minute walk through town. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were very helpful and informative on our arrival. Would recommend to any traveller looking for a comfortable break without any fuss!

Great location.

The stay was excellent. The property is very well located in the center of Pisa. The room is very nice and they have a roof top terrace. We would definitely stay here again when in Pisa.

It’s like a hidden gem in the middle of a busy square. The location was perfect for walking around and it was close to many things for eg: the leaning tower was 13min walk away. Right downstairs there is a superb gelato shop and there are lots of shopping areas and restaurants nearby. The place is clean! Super cute and smells great even, almost like a spa scent. The room was a bit small but for 2 people for a few days it was more than enough. Surprisingly the bathroom was large. There was also a minibar where everything was included free of charge. The only negative is that the square outside is a bit noisy going up to sometimes about 1am every night but it didn’t keep us awake at night as I’m a late sleeper anyway.

The hosts were very communicative. Make sure you ask all the questions with time so you can get the information you need. Parking is available, but it's a walk. Pisa is a historic center, so parking is limited, but cheap and safe for municipal parking. Beautiful room. Exquisite for a couple looking to spend quality time and great view. Short walk to the tower of Pisa.

Lovely accommodation in a central location

I wasn’t sure when I booked as there wasn’t a lot of reviews, but what a great b&b it turned out to be! It was prefect- clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great location, just a short walk to the tower and station and the host couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay again.

The room was perfect for our short trip to Pisa. Just 15 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk to the Tower of Pisa, it served as a great central base for us. The room is spacious, with great amenities: Nespresso coffee, filtered water, welcome drinks, jacuzzi bath, it was a great space to relax between sightseeing.

This was a really wonderfully renovated property right in the heart of downtown Pisa. Great location, friendly staff, easy to and from the train station, airport, and of course the Tower of Pisa campus. Highly recommend!

A fantastic stay! The property was spotless and ideally located in the heart of Pisa, making it easy to explore the city. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The included breakfast was a lovely touch; served at the adjacent café, with a choice of pastry and two drinks. The selection was excellent, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend!
