With 2 welcoming bedrooms featuring queen beds and a serene living room with an hi additional full bed, this retreat is perfect for small groups or families. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Pipestem. Community pool and picnic area. VRBO has refused for over 2 weeks to post our response to Burl’s review and allowed 2 reviews for the same reservation so this is my response — You responded on 6/25/2025 at 5:26 PM
You disliked check-in, however arrived 3 hours early with no notification. You disliked communication but we promptly replied to every comment and then had to wait hours to get a response, if any was given. You disliked Cleanliness and the trash was the only issue and was handled in 24 hrs. This has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the inside of the house. Trash had not been picked up by Southern Sanitation (scheduled pickup day is Wednesday). You sent a message at 6:47pm 6/17/25 stating trash was overflowing, and we had another person from Hinton come and remove the trash at 6pm 6/18/25 after contacting SS multiple times to have it picked up. We shared call log showing these attempts. Also, please check out our reviews on Air.

It was amazing!

We found this place for a family weekend for our 1 year olds birthday. It was an amazing and quiet place. Pool and pipestem close by for the kids to enjoy some of their time outdoors. Would definitely recommend to everyone if you are looking for a nice comfortable place to stay

Trash - Maggots'- Bad Smell

Trash outside from other guest was so bad flies overtook the entrance. Multiple requests to remedy the problem over several days. There should be some compensation for such a mess. This was embarrassing, as family members had rented other locations in the park.

This quaint cabin has everything you could want and then some. Excellent communication with the property owner and a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others!
