Turn on the illuminating outdoor color design as you swim up to an edgeless infinity pool with the best mountain views. Soak up the stargazing in your private hot tub at night or heat of the custom-built sauna for a true wellness retreat.

The true magic comes from the combination of the glass futuristic home living and raw incredible desert landscape creating a otherworldly experience!

You will have full access to the property during your stay through your unique code.

Head to the Red Dog Saloon for a fun night out and great tacos or have BBQ and see a concert at the local celebrity venue Pappy + Harriet’s. Both are within walking distance or a one-minute drive.

POOL AND SPA: Heating for our in-ground hot tub is included in your rental all year around. Should you wish to have the pool heated please notify us 48 hours in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Note: Only one, the pool or the spa can heat at the same time. Pool heating will reach a maximum temperature of 76 degrees and will have to be turned back on after the spa is not in use, you will need to notify us. Pricing is as follows-

March and October - $500/night
April through September - $400/night
November trough February $700/night

No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Pet fee: We do allow dogs for non refundable fee of $95 per pet. Please kindly message host if you plan to bring dogs. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

Outdoor Surveillance: We have one security camera facing the parking area . It will be on during your stay
EV Charger - There is a 220 v 50 amp plug - you’ll need to bring a portable charger and an adaptor.

Reminders:
- Gardener comes by every other Friday between 8-9 AM to maintain the grounds

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address

◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
