A vacation in this recently renovated historic home will be a very atmospheric experience because you can really experience the rhythms of the village, entertain yourself in the tavern before the front door, see the artisans at work or simply admire the view, you can see the Islands of Capraia, Gorgona and even Corsica.

You can visit the Archaeological Park, the Campiglia Marittima Mine, spend days at the beach at Baratti, San Vincenzo or Follonica. The proximity to Piombino is favorable for embarkations to the islands-Elba, Capraia or Montecristo. Another easily accessible destination is Livorno; if you are traveling with children, they will appreciate the aquarium.

You can park your car in the parking lot designated for you outside the walls and you will be escorted to the entrance of the mansion by a golf car.

Portion of house in the historic village of Populonia. Independent entrance on the second floor. Access to the living room consisting of sitting area with sofas, working fireplace and TV and dining room. Separate kitchen complete with American fridge, stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Master bedroom with bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the equipped and panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Baratti. In the sleeping area: laundry room with washing machine, double bedroom, bedroom with double loft, a bedroom with two grand lit. One bathroom with shower and tub and a third bathroom with shower. Two double bedrooms have access to the terrace. Air conditioning and electric heating (inverter). Wifi. Parking space: 3 in the parking lot near the Borgo provided golf car for loading/unloading luggage. Pet admission: on request of small size at a cost of 70 eur per week. Rents for n.adults 10 .
