Overall, it was acceptable, but... The lighting is a jungle of switches (many of which seem to do nothing) and remote controls. The heating systems are a menagerie, each with different controls and some of which didn't seem to work. And... one bed linen had not been changed as there were food crumbs and hair on the sheets. We were able to wash and use the linen.
