The Residence Holiday Rendez Vous was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Apartment 58, on the SAND floor, has an independent entrance, facing west, and a terrace with garden equipped with table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool, ideal for those who want to enjoy time outdoors. The two-room apartment has a living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, TV and sofa bed. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, and 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 10 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Marine Protected Area of the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. The apartment is air conditioned. Internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee.
