We had a fantastic stay at this villa and wouldn’t hesitate to return. From start to finish, Seren was an excellent host — communication was great throughout, and she was always on hand to offer helpful advice, including recommendations and transport options, which made everything so much easier.The villa is in a great location, with many beautiful beaches within easy reach if you have a car. It was the perfect base for exploring the area while still feeling peaceful and private.The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids — they couldn’t get enough of it — and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus for relaxing in the evenings. The villa itself was extremely well stocked, with everything you could possibly need for cooking, plus plenty of towels for both the bathrooms and the pool.We also really appreciated the lovely welcome gifts that were left for us. As we arrived in the evening, it was so nice to be able to relax straight away with a drink and a few nibbles, and having tea and coffee ready for the morning was a thoughtful touch.Thank you, Seren, for a wonderful stay. We had a great time and can’t wait to return.

Cracking villa, very clean, lovely pool and pool side that grabs the sun all day. Good bathrooms, lovely working kitchen , off road parking, great hosts who communicate well. Property and pool on one level, which is nice, master bedroom is upstairs and is lovely with sun terrace, we had 5 of us all over 18 and we never once felt ontop of each other, even at night if you wanted a relaxed evening as the sofas are large and comfy. Easy drive via town to N-332 which will run you all the way to other hot spots. Definitely a villa I would use again.

Great villa for my friends and a few teenagers, pool was fantastic as was the Seren with continued contact and checking up on existing problems and when a bad thunderstorm hit, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Villa holiday

The villa was spacious with a good size pool and within walking distance of a few restaurants.How ever… The sofa seating by the bbq was old and tatty,( not like photo). The paving around pool & bbq had grease stains and grubby, it needed a good pressure wash. Some garden lights were not working and the outside shower by pool was also not working.Only one side of the conservatory doors opened, the other side lock was broke so they couldn't open.The main bathroom had a large hole in the ceiling above the shower.One double bedroom had only 1 bedside unit and no chest of draws so had to keep t shirts etc in case on floor.Other double bed with en-suite had no shelf or cupboard in bathroom, so had to keep toiletries on the floor.The upstairs bedroom had a pleasant patio area,but the hot tub was not nice, there was bits floating in the bottom, so we did not use it. There was an old pair of metal steps covered in paint used to get in the tub, the outside paint was peeling off and looked very scruffy, ((unlike the photo)!. Nobody ever came to check the chemicals or water levels, eventually the water started to evaporate so we had to refill it.We scored the villa a little lower because we had an issue regarding noise from the villa next door that needed resolving, and that’s when the hosts attitude changed and they became very unpleasant to deal with.

Nice house for family with young children

House was very clean, and sufficient for our stay. We had 5 adults and 3 grandchildren, all settled in and had fun. Pool was great and outdoor setting was very helpful. I recommend this house anyone who will visit Alicante. Few nearby beaches about 25-35 mts away. If you rent cars and don’t mind driving this house will serve very well for vacation hang out!!

Fantastic!

Just returned from a family break at Seren’s wonderful villa. The villa has so much space and is well looked after, the pool and outside space are private and not overlooked. Where this villa cannot be beat is the level of detail and attention the hosts have gone too to make sure you have every little thing you could possibly need for your stay. Seren was really helpful and accommodating throughout and we cannot thank them enough!

A home away from home.

The property is amazing. The pool and facilities are fantastic. Seren is fantastic and was quick to respond to any messages. Campoverde is a very friendly village, everyone speaks English so brilliant for those who stress about not speaking Spanish. It was really cheap to eat out. We needed transport to go to the supermarket for a big shop, but Seren offered us Andy (he was our airport transfer that Seren arranged.) We made good use of the pool and barbecue. Lots of storage. The villa and Seren provide everything you could possibly need. Lovely villa and lovely people. Would definitely recommend to families and groups of friends who want a quieter holiday.

So this was our first time in mainland Spain. The villa was as described and was a beautiful quiet location with enough amenities for during the day. The pool was amazing with continuous sun all day. The outdoor space was exceptional and gorgeous for leisurely lunches or to enjoy a few pre dinner drinks. We hired a car through our wonderful host Seren which was needed for exploring outside the village. Location might be a bit quiet for young adults and teenagers but with a car this is easily overcome. Overall a superb villa and cannot recommend it highly enough to anyone considering booking.

Quiet and relaxing

Lovely fortnight stay in this beautiful villa, the neighbourhood was quiet and relaxing with the added benefit of a few bars and restaurants 10 minutes walk away. The large villa was well equipped and supplied a cot, high chair, baby bath, sterilizer etc and array of toys which was a huge help for our 10 month old granddaughter. The pool is a perfect size which we made good use of during our stay with lovely gardens surrounding it and the hot tub was a relaxing added extra. Seren was on hand to help if anything cropped up and able to point us in the direction of the local supermarket etc. All in all a great relaxing time.

We had a great stay at the property, which was accurately described. A fantastic welcome from Seren really made us feel at home, and both Seren and Danny were at hand if needed. What a fantastic fortnight

We have had a fantastic holiday! The villa was fantastic, there was everything imaginable there to make the stay as easy as possible! We travelled with 3 children 1, 7 and 12 and they were all very well catered for. Seren was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to make our stay so good. The villa is a short walk 15 mins to the bars and restaurants, it’s a 30 min walk to the spar, we always got a taxi there and back. The pool is fantastic, the children loved it, and there is plenty of shade around the villa to get out of the hot sun! Overall a fantastic villa in a wonderful setting, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone! Fantastic holiday!

Fantastic villa ... perfect for a family holiday

This lovely villa is extremely spacious, comfortable and immaculate in all respects. We were a party of 6 adults and one baby, and the accommodation met with all of our requirements providing ample living and leisure space. The villa was spotless and very well equipped, including all of the baby equipment we needed for our stay. The warm February weather allowed us to barbecue and make full use of the outside space ... we were tempted by the lovely large pool but unfortunately it wasn't quite warm enough! Seren was a perfect host, communicating before and during our visit to offer help, answer any questions we had and make sure that we had all that we needed for our stay. The 'welcome pack' was also very helpful. It was very reassuring to know that she was close by and available any time we needed advice or a questions answered. We would highly recommend this villa ... many thanks Seren.

Lovely comfortable villa

Seren who we rented the villa from met us at the villa to give us the keys and gave us a friendly welcome and also a great welcome pack. The property was the cleanest I have ever rented and it had everything you would ever need aircon British tv and super fast internet. Seren also contacted us a few times to see if we needed anything and sent us details on most of the local restaurants to make it easier for us to book them. This is a great villa and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants the people are really friendly too. We will certainly return as we had a great relaxing time and Seren made sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you George

Family short holiday in Costa Blanca South

Villa is wonderful, very spacious, modern and clean. A larger than normal pool and lovely barbeque is a plus. The owner, Seren, is very thoughtful and provided us with generous provisions, which was really appreciated as we arrived late at night. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to our friends and family and we can't wait to go back.

Perfect for a family holiday!

We were a group of 6, 2 adults and our 4 children, ages ranging from 4-13. Not that you would think it was possible looking at the amazing pictures of the villa, but the reality was even more spectacular! The host Seren and her family were so welcoming and friendly. Seren was always prompt at replying to my emails before and after booking. During our stay she was at hand if we needed anything but to be honest the villa had everything we needed and more. The pool was big enough for us all and there were inflatables provided. Everything for the BBQ was provided, ready to be used. The local shops and restaurants were all within 10 mins walking distance. Many of our family and friends have seen the videos/photos of our fantastic time at the villa-they are already looking into going there! We would definitely return as it was perfect. Thank you Seren and family
