Beautiful setting and very friendly owners

The house is quiet, secluded and surrounded by trees, and the views are stunning. The flat is comfortable, well equipped, and although our stay coincided with a heat wave, we never suffered from the heat inside. The owners, Erika and Alessandro, make you feel very welcome, more like a friend than a customer. They are generous and warm, gave us tomatoes from their garden and bread. From the house, it is very easy to explore the surrounding villages, towns and mountains, and the beach is only twenty minutes away. I would definitely go back.

Ziel unserer Träume

Wir waren von Beginn (Buchung) bis zur Abreise einfach begeistert von dem Objekt. Die Versilia, die wir seit 1990 immer wieder besuchen, das Tal in Valdicastello Carducci, der Strand und ja, die Badeanstalten in Forte dei Marmi, einfach ein Traum!! Das Haus, hier(wunderbare Lage, alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden), die Besitzer Enrica und Allesandro, sind bezaubernde Menschen, die uns in jeder Situation geholfen haben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder bei den beiden buchen.

Ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Blick von der Terrasse auf's Mittelmeer. Die Auffahrt über den in Serpentinen angelegten Privatweg gestaltete sich für uns etwas schwierig. Dank der hilfsbereiten, im Haus wohnenden Vermieter wurde das Problem schnell gelöst.

Wunderbarer Urlaubsort

Die Ferienwohnung gehört zu einem sehr schönen Haus in angenehm ruhiger Lage auf einem Hügel zwischen Meer und Bergen. Ideal für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Ausflüge zum Strand. Die große Terrasse am Haus lädt aber auch zum Verweilen ein. Pietrasanta ist mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen; auch eine ausgezeichnete Trattoria ist nicht weit entfernt. Besonders hervorzuheben: sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die immer darauf achten, dass es an nichts fehlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wiederkommen.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Gîte très agréable et en bon état, vue superbe, pain délicieux, propriétaires disponibles tout en étant discrets... La mer est proche, Pietrasanta et Viareggio ont un charme fou et les carrières de marbre sont vraiment étonnantes. Et puis, cela reste assez calme au mois de juillet. A conseiller sans hésitation !! Nous sommes par contre plus perplexes par rapport aux tarifs pratiqués par le site intermédiaire. Une fois encore, les payeurs sont invités à payer un surplus de 10 % pour pouvoir endosser le rôle de conseiller par la suite. Le principe ne me dérange pas, à condition de rester dans des marges raisonnables...

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung besteht wie beschrieben aus einer Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und einem Bad. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht, incl. großem Kühlschrank. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett ohne Aufdringlich zu sein. Vom Chef des Hauses gab es jeden Tag eine Auswahl frisches Brot, da er in einer Bäckerei arbeitet. Wir waren mit einer 5köpfigen Familie in dem Haus, dafür evtl etwas eng, war aber kein wirkliches Problem, da wir eh nur zum Schlafen im Haus waren - uns hat es gereicht. Man hat eine Terrasse mit Pavilion, Licht und einem schönen Blick bis zum Meer. Da haben wir auch immer gegessen und gefrühstückt. Die Waschmaschine der Vermieter kann mitbenutzt werden, auch die Wäscheleinen zwischen den Olivenbäumen. Ca. 50m vom Haus ist ein Carport für das Auto, den wir gerne genutzt haben, da wir dadurch immer mit einem kühlen Auto zum Strand oder zu Ausflügen starten konnten. Man könnte auch direkt vorm Haus parken. Das Haus zu finden ist nicht einfach, jedoch ein kurzer Anruf bei Frau Bruni und sie holt einen mit dem Auto ab und zeigt den Weg. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas abenteuerlich, da die geteerten Serpentinen sehr eng sind. Ob es einfach oder schwierig wird, liegt am Wendekreis des Autos - unseres hat einen großen. Ab dem 3ten Tag hatten wir die Auffahrt aber fest im Griff. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, gut ausgestattet, sehr schön gelegen, sehr nettes Umfeld, was will/braucht man mehr im Urlaub.

schönes kleines Landhaus in ruhiger Lage am Hang

Die kleine Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für max 4 Personen. 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnküche. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spartanisch im Landhausstil ausgestattet. Der Ausblick aufs Meer und in Mitten der Natur ist sehr schön. Die Auffahrt geht sehr steil und eng ca 50 zum Grundstück herauf. Es gibt Am Haus einen kühlen schattigen Parkplatz und einen Pavillon zum Sitzen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr nett. Es gab jeden Tag frisches Brot vom Bäcker persönlich. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis geh absolut in Ordnung.

schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Das kleine Haus liegt in Alleinlage oben auf einem Hügel, inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Kakteen, und bietet Ruhe und einen schönen Talblick bis hin zum Meer. Der Preis für diese Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ist eine wahrhaft enge und steile Serpentinenauffahrt zum Haus hinauf, bei der sich selbst geübte Italien-Autofahrer richtig konzentrieren müssen. Aber die Ruhe macht das locker wett. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Terrasse, die seitlich am Haus liegt und über einen Pavillion mit Tisch, Stühlen und Beleuchtung verfügt. Die große talseitige Terrasse teilt man sich mit dem Vermieter. Es gibt leider keinen Grill. Man kann das Auto entweder vor dem Haus parken oder in einem Carport abstellen, der etwa 50m vom Haus entfernt ist. Wenn man die Wohnung betritt ist gleich rechts das gemütliche Schlafzimmer, geradeaus geht es ins kleine Bad, und links in die Essküche. Dort gibt es ein bequemes Sofa, einen TV, einen Esstisch, sowie eine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Backofen Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit großem Gefrierfach. Wer seinen Frühstückskaffee nicht mit einem Espressokocher machen will, sollte sich eine Kaffeemaschine mitbringen, aber das ist ja fast überall in Italien so. Ansonsten findet sich fast alles, was man so braucht. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber gemütlich und geschmackvoll. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich fast jeden Tag erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, oder ob wir was brauchen, und das ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Der Herr des Hauses arbeitet in einer Bäckerei, und so bekamen wir täglich frisches italienisches Brot und süße Teilchen, das war wirklich klasse. Zum Baden empfiehlt sich der freie Strand am südlichen Ende von Viareggio, etwa 15km mit dem Auto. Die recht zentrale Lage ermöglicht schöne Ausflüge, besonders empfehlenswert sind Lucca, die Chinque Terre, La Spezia und die Steinbrüche von Carrara. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Häuschen verbracht und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wenn wir wieder mal in diese Ecke der Toskana wollen, werden wir hier wieder einkehren.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vorort von Pietrasanta, der genaue Standort ist unmöglich selbständig zu finden, aber die sehr nette Gastgeberin ist telefonisch erreichbar und eskortiert nach sehr kurzer Zeit mit eigenem Wagen zur Wohnung - perfekt. Die in einem Olivenhain gelegen Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss der Vermieter und wirkt deutlich größer als die angegebenen 40 m². Alle Zimmer sind wunderschön liebevoll eingerichtet und mehr als ausreichend für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Insbesondere die Küche/Wohnzimmer verdient besonderes Lob - hier ist alles auf technisch hohem Level und es wurde nicht, wie so oft in Ferienwohnungen - alter Hausrat zweitverwertet: Kühlschrank, Ofen, Flatscreen-TV (zwar nie genutzt...), WLAN, Ledercouch, alles Top! Aber auch das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse (mit Pavillon + Beleuchtung) haben wir auch sehr gerne genutzt, man sitzt in vollkommener Ruhe (abgesehen von gelegentlich auftauchenden Gekkos ;)) und hat einen tollen Blick auf Pietrasanta, das dahinterliegende Meer und einem phantastischen Sternenhimmel. Die vom Gastgeber auch genutzte Waschmaschine befindet sich neben der Wohnung in einem offenen Schuppen, trocknen kann man an einer Leine zwischen den Olivenbäumen. Parken ist direkt neben der Wohnung möglich, 30m weiter ist noch ein weiterer Carport. Die nette Vermieterin Beatrice ist sehr zuvorkommend, spricht Englisch und versorgt mit Ausflugstips und Kuchen. Falls man die Befürchtung hat: Sie und ihr Mann lassem die Gäste vollkommen in Ruhe und sind in keinster Weise aufdringlich.

Location trés agréable

Location correspondant au descriptif avec une superbe vue sur la mer de la terrasse .La ville de Pietrasantra héberge de nombreuses galeries d'art , ce est qui sans doute du au fait que Botero habite la ville . La location permet de visiter Pize , Florence ....et de faire des pauses sur de superbes plages prés de Viarregio. Erika et Alessandro nous ont fait un accueil très chaleureux . Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la présence des chats . Nous gardons un superbe souvenir de cette halte à Pietrasantra .Merci encore à Erika et Alessandro pour leur accueil .Bravo Alessandro pour le pain que nous dégustions avec plaisir chaque jour.Et qui sait peut-être à une prochaine fois....

Gîte rural

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte d'Erika et d'Alexandre.Se sont des personnes très sympathiques et très disponible..La maison est dans un environnement très calme ou il fait bon se reposer après une journée de visite dans les différentes villes comme Pise,Florence,Lucca .La maison est confortable et très propre.Alexandre nous a fait déguster touts les jours les différents pain d'Italie qu'il confectionne.La maison se trouve à quelques kilomètres de Pietrasanta ville de bord de mer ou l'on peut pratiquer rollers,footing sur la piste cyclable qui longe la plage sur plusieurs kilomètres.Il y à de belles balades à faire en vélo si les côtes ne vous font pas peur.Nous garderons un agréable souvenir de l'accueil qui nous à été fait..

Erika parle français et les pains/pizze d''Alessandro sont un régal. Le gîte dispose d''une petite terrasse ombragée avec vue sur la vallée... magnifique au coucher du soleil. Idéal aussi au niveau de sa situation: non loin de Lucca, de Pise et des plages. Un endroit à conseiller, vraiment."
