I stayed at Seashell Resort for a few days during a trip where I traveled to eight countries, with Vietnam being my final stop before returning home. When traveling, my safety box is something I never forget to lock, as it holds everything important to me. Unfortunately, this time I accidentally left it unlocked. I would like to sincerely thank Loan, Kieu, and Thanh, who noticed that my safety box was open. They immediately contacted Phuc Hau from reception, who came to secure it. They changed the code, locked it and kindly left me a sealed letter explaining what had been done. I am truly impressed by the honesty and professionalism shown by the staff. In the past, I have seen family members lose money or personal belongings in hotels, so this experience was a great relief. I cannot imagine how devastating it would have been if everything in my safety box had gone missing. I wanted to share this experience with the world, especially with frequent travelers like myself. Thank you again to Loan, Kieu, Thanh, Phuc Hau, and the entire Seashell Resort team for making my stay feel safe and pleasant. I will definitely recommend Seashell Resort to my friends, family, and to myself whenever we return to Phu Quoc. Thank you once again.

This was a lovely hotel except for one issue and that was the music being played by the pool, all day long and really loud. It's such a stunning area with the sea just feet away, but to get away from the awful music you had to walk a fair way up the beach. Plus once you'd been in that area for an hour the music was on a loop. TURN IT DOWN!

This hotel location is ideal and convenient to everything. About 5 minutes walk to the night market. Lots of fruits stands within few blocks radius. So many spas to chose from within walking distance from hotel. The breakfast has good variety of dishes to choose from. The pho and bánh ướt were my favorites.the infinity pool was a big hit with my adult children.they did not want to leave. Staff does an amazing job keeping the pool so clean. Thank you. I really appreciate that the hotel provide airport transfer; makes arriving at Saigon so stress-free. My family have an absolute best time celebrating our anniversary. I hope to be back real soon. The staff are so helpful and professional.

We only used airport shuttle for return trip to airport which was great. Our view from our balcony looked over city but we enjoyed being able to sit outside . Hotel was spotless and they offered a good travel fesk with drivers on hand

A fantastic hotel to stay at phu quoc. Location is great with good food and night market around. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The view is great with beach and pool. They have taxi services that charge the same as grab and can stay with us more than 10 hours service which is very helpful and appreciative. The breakfast is a huge spread which we enjoyed throughout our 5 days stay. All services are good and we would definitely come back to seashells if we go to phu quoc again! Thank you for the good service.

It’s right in the middle of town so easy to goes around town. It’s right on the beach, with an infinity pool, the room are spacious and open. The staffs and services is excellent. Especially the front desk Trung Tin and Kim Đang they went above and beyond for ours need and comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cant wait to come back!!!

Lovely hotel in the right weather

Booked for August and unfortunately didnt get to use the beach or pool due to the rain however did use the spa which i highly recommend. Great location, very near the night market and easy to get grabs around the island. Perfect transfer from and to the airport which was complimentary

This is by no means a 5 star hotel, rather a good 4 star. For those who are well travelled and used to 5 star hotels, you will be disappointed. Issues includes staff- no one to welcome you upon arrival, no one would transfer your luggage to your room. The receptionists are rude including the manager. Booked in as VIP guest, asked for an upgrade to the room, they offered no help and when I said I will pay for it the manager showed me the dirtiest most unpleasant room. We booked in for 5 night, we have checked out one day earlier that how we were unhappy about our stay. The beach around the hotel is so dirty and not safe for guests. The only good thing are the staff at the breakfast were really nice and welcoming.
