Upon arrival, the hotel listed under this name did not exist at the stated address. A different business operates at that location, and the building shown in the listing photos operates under a different hotel name. The property was unreachable, and I had to find alternative accommodation late in the evening. Please verify carefully before booking.

This “hotel” doesn’t even exist. My reservation was cancelled at the last minute and almost caused me to be without a place to stay as all the hotels were completely booked up. After Expedia relocated me, I went to the address to see if the hotel was even there and sure enough, it wasn’t. Absolutely unbelievable and apparently this is common issue in Phú Quốc so be very careful. Many many tourists were left stranded because of issues like this. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Expedia trying to find a hotel so I wouldn’t be on the street. What an absolute nightmare and a disgrace.
