Overall, hotel was really nice. We booked a 2 bedroom for 4 of us downside was only one bathroom made it super difficult. Staff was great and very attentive. Disappointed that it didn't offer breakfast, but rate was good and certainly offsets that, location was perfect close to shopping centers and food districts. We would stay again.

The property (pool) was dirty & did not have enough lounge chairs!! Four lounge chairs for a large hotel is ridiculous! When we checked in our suite appeared to be clean, but then I found dirty towels in the dryer & the floors under the tables, etc was filthy! Cleaning staff need to look under things and sweep all areas!! The toilet wouldn’t flush on 2 different occasions & my husband had to rehang the shower glass door! And, suite’s washer wasn’t working so we asked to be moved to another suite…terrible staff attitude…told us that they’d look to see & call us, but of course they never called! The rude staff was a mid-age “over-the-top-loud” man who worked March 18th evening shift! We won’t return & would never recommend to anyone else! When I asked for a manager, the rude man refused! ZERO out of 10!!!!

A Great Stay at WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham Phoenix I’m so glad I upgraded to WaterWalk Extended Stay—this place was definitely a step up from my original booking. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the quality of the hotel and the incredible staff. The manager, with the energy of 10 people in the morning, really set a positive tone for my stay. The easy check-in process made the transition seamless, and the whole experience was a breeze. The room itself was amazing—spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect: not too noisy, not too much traffic, and there’s plenty of parking. One downside was the lack of breakfast, which would’ve been nice, but that’s really the only thing I could find to complain about. Everything else, from the laundry in the unit (perfect for longer stays) to the well-kept amenities (gym, pool, etc.), was fantastic. The pool and gym were clean and well-maintained, and the property overall felt safe and secure—well-lit and in a good neighborhood. If you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with great service and a relaxing environment, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s perfect for long-term stays with all the right amenities!
