Beautiful, safe neighborhood. Clean property, Responsive host. Location was ideal for visiting with friends in Peoria and Sun City. Close to Surprise Stadium (Texas Rangers). Convenient to Phoenix Raceway and White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Easy freeway access.
