Crash pad for family wedding

My 5 cousins (and one dog) and I stayed here during our cousin's wedding. This place was ideal for us, as we only really hung out here in the mornings & evenings around all the other activities. We had to buy some ice treats and dis clothes, as there were none. At first, we had a bit of trouble as it seemed many of the lights weren't working, but the gist responded immediately, sending his son to fix it. The place could use some lamps in the bedrooms and a few more kitchen amenities, plus a guide to the house, check-in and checkout procedures, and general neighborhood info would be very helpful. All check in info was given last- minute. However, the place met our needs and we were very happy with it. Would stay again! The house is very no folks

The property was as pictured but need some paint and extra cleaning. The place is cheap in comparison to other locations and worth the price. Location was good for airport access and to Scottsdale. It’s more of a guys weekend place vs a nice place to take your lady.

Find another place.

First night was double booked so we had to stay in another, smaller property. The next day when we finally checked in after traveling to sedona and back, and checked into a house in need of serious repairs. It smelled like strong cleaning chemicals. There was a burnt up outlet, the garage was loaded with junk, there were cameras everywhere outside so no privacy even in the backyard, an electrical outlet was burnt in one bedroom, several coverplates were broken, the couch in the tiny shotgun living room didnt have legs on it so you sit 6 inches off the ground, the back door was open when we arrived, and thr last straw was a stained comforter on the bed. We decided to get a hotel instead. Unless your plans are for a good place to get drunk and pass out, stay somewhere else. If i could post the pictures i would.

Cozy with plenty of amenities

Super clean house in a very quiet tucked away neighborhood spacious backyard, and rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Its literally close to Tempe, downtown Scottsdale and Phoenix. Plenty of attractions and thing's to see and do in the area. I would definitely recommend and stay there again the cost was perfect also I couldn't have found a better place in the whole valley!
