Our 4 bedroom home is in one of the most iconic neighborhoods in all of Central Phoenix! Located in Palmcroft it is walking distance to the beautiful Encanto Park and the Enchanted Island amusement park. The home is fully furnished with memory foam mattresses and flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook like you're at home with a 4 burner stovetop. Why stay somewhere else when you have everything you need here!
The 1-casita guest house behind the house is rented separately, giving the backyard the potential to be a shared space.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Served its purpose, we didn't spend much time there. Property is in pretty poor shape. Clean linen and towels but didn't look like much else was actually cleaned. Extremely hard to get ahold of the property manager. Multiple messages through the app unanswered, phone number was incorrect (though that was VRBOs fault) so we weren't able to call either. Took a lot of work to finally get ahold of someone just a few hours before we were due to check in.

Beautiful home, lovely neighborhood

We enjoyed this home tremendously. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or needs.
