Getting Around: Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!
Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.

This is a very nice place. Your outside halls are very dirty trash on the grounds. We were on the second level lots of over head noise below dog barking gate slamming was woken up to many times to count. I am only hoping that our stay starting today is not the same. Location is nice close to everything.

Glendale
Property is great location to attend a game or concert. Walking distance to the arena and State Farm Field. The unit was beautiful, however the complex is not the best it was run down and dirty but again the unit was beautiful and spotless. It is very loud with cars racing down the street all hours of the night so not good for light sleepers. Again the unit was beautiful and the managers were awesome.
