Was a great place! House was great fully equipped and set up nice!Our favorite amenity was our ability to control spa and pool heat at the house!:) At no extra charge!And very clean. We have stayed at places before where they control time of day heat of both pool and spa for a big fee and won’t do it again.I think it’s completely ridiculous I can’t use a spa until 7pm when I’m paying for it. We golfed on Cold Water golf course behind the property it was a great experience clubhouse staff were over and above helpful and friendly:) would definitely love to go back!

This is my new favorite rental place. Shannon the Host was extremely helpful and efficient. She helped me get in with very short notice and extend when I needed more time. The house has everything you need. I have been to a dozen or more VRBO/ABB houses over multiple years. None of them are doing it this good. The house is perfect for fun or relaxing. A knowledgeable and helpful host makes it even better. I will be back again at some point. Excellent experience

House was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Large spaces, great amenities and everything was very clean. It really felt like you were staying in a “home” and not just some rental, the best cozy vibes! Of course the pool/backyard/grill/putt area was the star of the show. Perfect Family Getaway

From booking to checkout everything about our family stay was absolutely amazing! Our family traveled from Wisconsin to visit Arizona for the first time and the property so clean, comfortable and beautiful. The owners were so nice to work with and we were impressed by how responsive they were to us during our stay. We could not have asked for anything better for our family. From the property location, we were able to visit the area cities and come back to relax in the beautiful heated pool and spa. The kitchen and outdoor grill area was perfect for staying in for the night. We will definitely be back for our next family trip!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay!

This really was the perfect house for our family to stay! It was spacious, modern and up-to-date, and our favorite area was the backyard! We used the pool and hot tub every day and the putting green was a bonus. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend!

Perfect house for relaxing

We spent a week here and had a nice, relaxing time. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard with the fabulous, and warm, spa and pool! Even on the few days where the weather was a little cooler, we could still enjoy time outside and in the pool. House was well maintained and worked perfectly for our family.

Wonderful stay

My husband and two teens stayed at Shannon and Russell’s house. It was super clean and very well stocked. We felt like we were right at home. The three beds were all very comfortable and great size rooms. Lots of linens and towels provided. The pool and putting green was awesome. We will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix.

Relaxing & Felt Just Like Home

Our stay was from May 10-14. Weather was beautiful, 80-95 degrees. Big difference than WI weather for sure. 5 Stars all the way for this property! 100% satisfaction guaranteed for our family of six. Everything went flawless for us from the check in to the check out. We even arrived early to Phoenix so we reached out to the host and were able to check in a little earlier. Host was very responsive to us. The house felt like home. Everything was spotless. Host had all the instructions clearly laid out for us. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The indoor and outdoor space exceeded our expectations for our family. We were outside in the outdoor space more than in the house because of the lounging area and we could either be in the sun or not, swimming in the beautiful clean pool, relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the weather. It was so nice being able to keep up with the laundry on vacation. Very spacious three bedrooms. Having 2 full bathrooms with 6 people was so great. We had so much fun cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The location was close for running to get any groceries we needed for cooking or any personal items. It was always nice to come back to the home after a busy day of hiking and shopping to relax. I can’t wait to visit Phoenix again and be able to stay here with my family. We are grateful to the host the share their beautiful home with our family.

Golf Course View Home Vacation

Our experience at this property was nothing short of incredible. My daughter's cheer competition travel schedule brought us to Arizona for spring break so our family made the travel into a vacation as well. The house was beautiful, amazingly clean and incredibly well appointed with anything we could need. Shannon was extremely communicative and especially helpful when we decided to extend our stay. This was truly such a relaxing, tranquil setting that allowed us to create beautiful family memories. We will be back next year.

Excellent in Phoenix!

This place is excellent! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and provided and everything is spotless. The owners were very communicative and were pro active about everything. The pool/ patios/ hot tub is awesome with a great fairway view. All the TVs have great channel packages and there is a lot of space for everyone to spread out in the rooms, patio, foosball, etc. Very conveniently located and accessible getting around town, airport, etc. The spa and pool are able to be easily controlled with the provided app, and there is no pool heating fee- there are for most others. The check out process is very fast and easy- definitely top of the list of places we stayed!

Excellent Stay House and Location

Overall a great stay for my wife and I as well as our two boys (6 and 9). Great location, plenty of space, great outdoor space and pool/hot tub. Nice and quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Communication with owners excellent and the place is stocked with everything you need and no need to buy anything extra like some other rentals we have stayed at. Check in and check out quick and easy. Great place and vacation.

Fantastic Property

This is our second time staying at this property, and I’m sure we’ll be back! Loved spending time outside. Heated pool and spa are beautiful, as is the rest of the backyard. Communication with the property owners was great.
