This community is located just steps away from the Chicago Cubs Spring Training fields - Sloan Park, minutes from ASU, Mill Ave, Tempe Towne Lake, Tempe Marketplace, Riverview shopping center, Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick and Arizona Casinos, and Sky Harbor Airport. Love this location! The main level features a large open floor concept with a great kitchen with maple cabinets, granite counters, travertine floors, stainless appliances, walk in pantry and large island, all open to dining and living room making entertaining a breeze. The living room also has a wall mounted smart tv. This level is complete with a powder room and a private balcony. Great property with a great host
We really enjoyed our time in Arizona spent at this condo. The condo was fantastic and the location made it easy to get to so many places.
The best part of all was how responsive the host Mary was to any questions that we had.
If you are looking for a place to stay in and around Tempe this is a no-brainer.

Comfortable condo
This’s is a nicely appointed townhouse, lots of light available, and very comfortable for an extended stay. One block away from two major highways, it’s central to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Mesa. The office bedroom is handy for getting focused work done. Two pools, one heated, and a hot tub within a couple minute walk. The owner is very nice and accommodating.
