The Space:

This thoughtfully designed home features bright, open living spaces with modern finishes and comfortable furnishings throughout. The property offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing a functional and comfortable layout for families and groups. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, stylish dining and living areas, and well-appointed bedrooms designed for relaxation. The private backyard serves as a welcoming retreat with a covered patio, outdoor seating, and a refreshing pool ideal for both daytime lounging and evening enjoyment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities.



Other Things to Note:

Pool Information:

The pool is not heated, and it is serviced every Thursday. Enjoy full access to the hot tub in the backyard, available anytime during your stay.



Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:

The trash collection is every Saturday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after collecting the trash.

We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.



Inside Fireplace:

The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functionally designed exclusively for display and décor.



The garage is being used as storage for extra items for the house and may not be available for parking.



Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
