The property was clean and was exactly as described on VRBO. The location was convenient and there are a number of good restaurants close by. Location is pretty central with shopping, hiking, the zoo and the botanic gardens within 15-20 minutes. Our host was very responsive and checked with us several times by text. Overall a great find!

It has modern finishes and decor, comfortable beds and furniture, excellent location to get you to all the places in and around Phoenix. This property is wonderfully cared for and has all the details you could want in the kitchen, bedrooms, etc. I was particularly impressed with the little things, like a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies, charging ports throughout, a helpful binder of menus for nearby restaurants, and attractive decor - this owner definitely took time to make the experience smooth whether you are staying in or on the go. Great little condo

This place was immaculate. Nice updated condo. We stayed here for a triple crown spring training baseball tournament. We were within 30 minutes of every ballpark we played at. There are a lot of great restaurants nearby. We will stay here again. Thanks so much.

Comfortable and Clean

The accommodations were as advertised. The pool/hot tub were not heated at the time of our stay, so not really usable. Close to MANY stores and restaurants. Property has a very secure feel. We would consider renting again if we have the need in that area.
