Welcome to your relaxing Phoenix getaway in the heart of Arcadia! Nestled between Phoenix and Scottsdale and just a short drive from Old Town Scottsdale, this comfortable 3-bedroom home offers a peaceful place to unwind while keeping you close to great restaurants, shopping, outdoor adventures, and local attractions. With a private pool, covered patio, and outdoor kitchen, it`s a great home base for families, friends, golf trips, and sunny Arizona getaways.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a comfortable layout with plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The inviting living spaces make it easy to settle in after a day of exploring Phoenix or Scottsdale, while the well-equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare meals and enjoy them together at home.

The bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 7 guests, making the home a great option for families or groups traveling together. Whether you`re starting your morning with coffee before heading out or coming home after a full day of adventures, you`ll have a comfortable space to slow down and recharge.

Step outside and enjoy your own private backyard retreat. Take a swim in the pool, stretch out on the lounge chairs, or relax beneath the covered patio. The outdoor kitchen and BBQ area make it easy to prepare a meal outside, and the dining area gives everyone a comfortable place to gather. As the evening cools down, turn on the pool lights and enjoy a little more time outdoors.

The home is located in the Arcadia area, conveniently positioned between Phoenix and Scottsdale and just south of Camelback Mountain. You`ll be close to local restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities, and some of the area`s favorite attractions, with Old Town Scottsdale only a short drive away.

Whether you`re spending your days exploring the city or staying close to home by the pool, this home offers a comfortable and easygoing place to enjoy your Arizona stay.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.

- All City of Phoenix noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
