Room was spotless, the staff were so kind and the view from the rooftop bar is unrivalled - a perfect way to wind down after a hot day sightseeing. The hotel is in a great position too. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was very lovely and clean with a great view of the city. Breakfast was good with changes every day. The check-in/greeting staff were super friendly All of them were great and were especially helpful with suggestions on things to do. And the staff at The Savory Restaurant were very polite, efficient and obliging. We looked forward daily to service from the restaurant manager and all the waiters. Our week spent at the hotel was very enjoyable made extra memorable by the staff. Highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day. R &R - from Canada

Staff all around are very friendly, professional, and helpful. 5 star level of service in a small boutique hotel. Special shout out to Sun and Sam at the front desk. Food in restaurant is excellent and in expensive for the ambient environment. I had the seabass for usd7.5, delicious! Cocktails are served in proper glasses with the accouterments, and only usd5! Not watered down, very proper creations for an exceptional price. Only complaint is the small TV. Hotel location is also great. Definitely will stay here again.

This is one of our best hotel experiences and we would absolutely stay here again. The staff were so accommodating and even though the latest we could check out was 1 pm, our flight was at midnight and they let us stay to use the pool, order food to the pool, use the spa and even shower. They were so generous and we spent 3 hours at the spa with a foot massage, facial, and an hour with the sauna and steam room. It was relaxing and the staff were wonderful. The room itself was luxurious with a super comfortable bed, nice view of the city and riverfront and hot shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was decent, typical buffet style with pastries, cereal, stir fry, fried rice, etc. the views from the restaurant and the pool were so incredible! We ordered lunch and they brought it to the pool, the fish amok, Caesar salad and French fries were all great. Easy walking distance from the Royal palace as well.

I don’t EVER leave reviews but I have to leave a review for Chaiya Palace! This was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean. Housekeeping came everyday and they truly did an excellent job. It was so nice coming back to our beautifully made/cleaned room after a long day of adventuring. Next, the breakfast was authentic and so delicious! As a bonus, you get to eat breakfast with incredible views all around. Lastly, the staff were exceptional. My husband and I were so grateful at how helpful the front desk staff were. They answered all our questions and even helped us book a rental car. I implore you to stay at this hotel! You will have the best experience as well die. As I mentioned before, I don’t leave reviews unless a hotel really blows me away and this one truly did.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked a double deluxe and the room was spacious with one double and also a single bed. Friendly welcome from Sam at the front desk. Also got a really relaxing Khmer massage from Cherooi at the Spa. Also allowed to chill at the pool after check out while waiting for my evening flight. That's cool!
