I liked the location and the views from the rooftop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Food was great, we had the buffet breakfast. Room was clean and comfy. There is secure parking a short walk away if you end up renting a scooter.

We loved this hotel it was in a great area near the royal palace. The room was great and an amazing shower. The staff were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast was great and yummy. I loved the pancakes and eggs benedict. The pool was great only downside was having to walk up to pool. Would stay here again.

A thoroughly amazing stay in a modern, well thought out and presented hotel with the friendliest staff ever. Its position in the city was excellent; the main sites were easily accessible on foot, a largish supermarket was handy and the views from the rooftop pool and bar were spectacular. Breakfast was brilliant too in the roof top restaurant.

First of all would like to thank every one at the chiya palace hotel for making part of our stay a wonderful one . Excellent Hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh close to so many restaurants and coffee shops, Grand palace, temples,mall and night markets and mekong river, the staff is so friendly and helpful, the food and drinks are so good and we enjoyed the pool and the view , I highly recommend this hotel this is definitely not my last time I will surely be back thank you once again ... Wifi was great and consistent for digital nomad work. Breakfast was simple but good options for western and eastern. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Rooms are spotless and modern. Ac was great. Rooftop pool was really beautiful and clean. The views from top restaurant area including breakfast or rooftop bar oranywhere in the hotel really are stunning. Great place to walk at night with beautiful fountains and pagodas. Great place to jog and exercise and right behind hotel is a ton of street food vendors. Basically your own local night market. Riverfront is also easily walkable and safe.. we will dedifinitely stay here anytime we visit.

Location good, services super dumb up. Room amenities not value for money. Shower area water drainer not good, water flow to WC. Breakfast area small need to wait, view area are good. Birthday decorations are good with free, but flower with spider. Room 503 aircond problem can't resolve and hotel room fully didn't change room for us. Next day room change to 303 air-conditioning are working well but room bed with small insects and flower mosquitoes. Overall staff services are good. Location good. Thanks.
