Fine hotel, good location

A centrally located hotel, close to everything that's going on in Phnom Penh. My room was clean and housekeeping were excellent. Breakfast is cooked to order daily. No issues whatsoever with the wifi. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.

Fairly average hotel. Breakfast is about a 5 on 0-10 scale. Rooms are spacious. Bed is good. Bathroom average. $3 tuk tuk ride to most everything. Price is ok.

Nice stay at Pandan.

We stayed at Pandan for five nights, a nice modern hotel with clean spacious rooms located in an area with many little bars, shops, and restaurants and quite close to the independence monument. A good filling breakfast was included, Good value, highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable, quite and safe Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is good and it's easy to move around the city spite of the traffic congestion in Phnom Penh.

This was a great hotel! Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was so good. The location is great- half way between royal palace and genocide muesem. My flights were cancelled and delayed and they were so very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Pandan staff so much! Great experience. Hope to stay again.

Good hotel but not the city for us

A very pleasant hotel with a spacious, clean and comfortable room and super-helpful staff. We only stayed for two nights/one day so didn’t get to know Phnom Penh that well, but the hotel is in a better part of town, close to the central park and decent restaurants. Phnom Penh is a must for a visit to the Killing Fields and S21 but our view of the the city was tarnished by the amount of garbage (ever present plastics especially) in very many areas.

Nice boutique hotel

This is good value for the price. PROS= close to restaurants and shops in BKK. Also, the staff are helpful. CONS=Noisy construction nearby. Also, I had conference call during my stay but found that the hotel cannot transfer calls to your room as their phone system is internal. They have 2 cell phones to receive external calls— so not great for work. Overall, I would recommend the hotel as it is clean and rooms are spacious!

As some others have mentioned, don’t expect the staff to help with local suggestions and/or directions. We tried a few times wth no success. Location is good- walking distance to many good restaurants, and down a quiet street off a large busy road.

Relaxing atmosphere throughout hotel and room

It’s a good experience staying at Pandan. It was essential for me to have a place to relax away from the city and this was an ideal location. Lucky supermarket, A-Z market, plenary of cafes and some restaurants are nearby within walking distance. There’s a nice pleasant, spacious area to relax in the lobby/restaurant/bar area. I think they also rent motorbikes. They are quite accommodating. Presently there is some construction in the area.

SATISFYING STAY AT PANDAN BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Excellent stay. Very courteous staff. Break fast most satisfying and with a number of items. Did not have dinner as the dinner timing is only up to 9:00 PM. Overall a very satisfying stay. The air conditioning in One of the rooms for our group was not working satisfactorily. They immediately gave us another room for the night and had the Air conditioning working by the following morning. Very prompt in arranging local transport like tuk tuk and taxis.

Excellent value for money, big room with cable TV and strong wifi, comfy bed and really hot water. Good breakfast. Close to lots of bars and restaurants and tourist stuff. Would stay here again.

The staff were very helpful. We especially appreciated one the of the concierges who helped us to phone the airline after our flight was cancelled! The staff and kitchen were also very accommodating in adapting the menu to provide basic vegan breakfasts.

The hotel has many plants decorated beautifully at the entrance. This made it look like you have entered into a different world. The room is very big and spacious but the outside view for our room is not nice :( The shower area is good as the water flow is very good with a choice of shower rain if you like. Breakfast is nice with a variety of selections and their homemade jam is very special. There is a nice local noodle shop nearby.
