Fantastic Breakfast

Great location for a stay in Perth; only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Best of all was the fantastic breakfast, the best quality produce cooked to perfection. We will definitely return to the Sunbank House Hotel whenever we are in Perth.

We had a lovely 2 night stay and were able to leave the car at the property as it’s within walking distance of city centre for shopping and dining. It’s 2 min walk up the hill to Branklyn Gardens and tea room. The property is also near to Kinoull Hill and other walks.
