Room is spacious and bed comfortable. But attention to details in service can be improved. There were 2 bottles of conditioner instead of body wash in the shower, tea bags not topped up after housekeeping, and couldn’t even use the phone in the room to call for assistance because the phone was broken.

Overall, an enjoyable stay: Decent value for money, comfy bed, and great location, plus gym, pool and sauna on site. Bathroom, hotel décor and general ambiance was a bit dated and it didn’t really FEEL like a 5-star hotel (especially when they wanted to charge $2 for extra bottles of water as opposed to it being complimentary) aside from the fancy fountain and chandelier in the lobby, but still a positive experience overall, close to public transport and day staff were friendly enough. Would recommend for anyone looking for a city stay if you can book at a reasonable rate :)

This hotel has a strict policy of deducting a deposit but credit card only now I have to wait days and days for a refund they refuse cash as they have cut back on staff I believe this policy of credit card only on check in should be disclosed up front so I get to chose not have to deal with this after it’s to late when I have already booked and paid And the staff couldn’t care less

Stayed one night before going to the airport. Hotel checkin was seamless. Room was large and clean - love the full selection of glassware. No restaurant or bar though a very good IGA & liquor store located in the hotel complex. Will stay again

I like our stay, nice hotel and clean. Staff were friendly however I left my puffer jacket behind in the cupboard. When I called the reception to let them know, I was told that it wasn't there. I know that I forgot to grab it from the cupboard where I put it.
