Room size was Ok, Telstra Mobile reception is terrible at this place, Wifi was showing right speed and couldn't even any social media, not sure that was Apple security or something else. I stay for 4 nights then extended for 3 nights and later for 2 nights. I requested for a refund for last night due to work finished early but they refused to refund which was disappointing after staying there for 8 nights.

Took forever to check in because people were having trouble with parking and were trying to sort at reception. In room entertainment is just basic tv, no cable, no screen casting etc. took away my dirty plates and cutlery and never returned so just ran out.

Location, location, location and more

Location, location, location!!!! The room was nice, the connected coffee shop was perfect for breakfast. Best of all, right next to the Hotel is Jacob's Ladder that takes you right to Kings Garden. It is also walking distance to CBD and Elizabeth Quay! We loved it!!!

Along with the location so close to Jacob’s Ladder and King’s Park - as well as within an easy walk of the harbor - the front desk staff are the best feature of this hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful and genuinely welcoming!

Great overnight stay

Nice and easy stay. We were in town for one night, so wanted some low hassle.. Quest was really good in that sense, helpful with a late checkout and also stored all our luggage. The room was really well equipped with everything you need. Definitely 5/5

Friendly management. Not a lot of dining options other than a daytime cafe and bar which was closed part of the time. Walkable if you don’t mind walking 20 min to somewhere. Towels not changed on Sundays which someone could have told us before we left them in a pile.

Perfect location

Perfect place for work / holiday. This is in a great location, walking distance to city shops, but also very quiet area. Close to the waterfront if you like to go for a morning walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the cafe next door has great breakfast.
