Guests enter downstairs, greeted by a light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The modern and luxurious kitchen has everything needed to cook meals at home, including a fridge, freezer oven, stove, microwave, as well as other essentials such as pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the kitchen island, around the eight-seater table, or take your pick of the private, leafy front garden or generous back patio area to enjoy your meals alfresco.

When it’s time to kick back, the downstairs living area features a large corner sofa where you can settle in with Netflix or a good book, plus an indoor gas fireplace to keep guests cosy on cooler evenings. A second living area upstairs, complete with two sofas, a TV, and an exercise bike, plus a reading nook on the mezzanine level featuring an armchair and lamp, ensures everyone has plenty of space to relax.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests, all featuring ceiling fans. Upstairs, you'll find the generously sized master bedroom with a king bed, split-type AC, contemporary ensuite and walk-in robe, as well as the second bedroom which offers a single bed and a single pull-out. Downstairs, the third bedroom features a queen-size bed.

In the main bathroom, located upstairs, you'll find a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer – for guest use, as well as a bathtub where guests can indulge in a leisurely soak.

Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating throughout, laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, an additional powder room downstairs, and parking for four cars on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourself, except for the locked-up garage. Please make yourself at home!

Take a 10-minute stroll to Lake Gwelup Reserve, a scenic wetland with walking paths and opportunities for birdwatching and cycling. If you’re visiting in spring, a native bushland trail takes you past stunning displays of wildflowers.

Karrinyup Shopping Centre is conveniently located 10 minutes’ walk from your stay, or a few minutes’ drive. One of Perth’s leading dining, fashion and entertainment destinations, here you’ll find a wide array of eateries and shops as well as a cinema and bowling alley.

For a day out in the sun, Trigg Beach is less than 10 minutes’ drive, where you can enjoy a stroll on the sand and a dip in the water before exploring the nearby cafes and parks.
