Casa Sandra Garden and Lake is an elegant apartment with a private garden, located in the quiet town of Perledo, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Varenna, the railway station, ferry terminal and restaurants, bars and shops.

The entrance opens onto the bright living area, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs and a dining table, as well as a modern and equipped kitchen ideal for preparing excellent Italian Style dishes. The kitchen is complete with: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and utensils for cooking independently.

From the living room, you can access the private balcony, overlooking the garden and from which you can see a glimpse of the lake, a perfect location for a moment of relaxation or enjoying an aperitif in total tranquillity.

The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and two complete bathrooms, each with a shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Very nice modern property. Great location. Beds in 2nd bedroom are below standardIst night we had no heat, and hot water. Promptly fixed the next day. Hammer drilling on the wall early in the morning on our last day. Could use more blankets. Hopefully they can sort out the heating, and beds. I would stay there again.
