The Ideal Spot to Relax. Walk to Pristine Beaches, be Surrounded by Nature

Our two storey house is right in the heart of Peppermint Grove Beach, just between Bunbury and Busselton (both are approx a 20 minute drive away), and a one minute walk from the beautiful white sands of Peppy Beach.

It is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday, or weekend getaway. It's a lovely quiet community located on the pristine beaches which form part of Geographe Bay. There is 4WD access to the beach and small boats can be launched from the beach. The national park is only minutes away and has several fantastic walking trails.

The beach is beautifully calm for most of the year, which makes it perfect for children. Activities include- fishing, crabbing, snorkelling and sailing. Enjoy the playful dolphins who regularly come in to our shores. Capel river runs into Peppermint Grove Beach and is as pretty as a picture and a surf break can be found there.

Capel is only a 10 minute drive away and has a tavern, bottle shop, hardware, butcher, bakery, newsagent and IGA. The IGA supermarket is open 7 days a week.

What's inside:
Our house is the perfect holiday house which we have tastefully furnished to give it a holiday feel. It has three bedrooms & two bathrooms.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms- one has two single beds, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. This room is adjacent to the bathroom and laundry/toilet.

The main bedroom is located upstairs. This is a gorgeous large room with a timber raked ceiling, ensuite and a walk in robe to store your clothes and cases. The room has a split system air conditioner and also has large glass doors opening out on to your private balcony with a table and chairs. This is the perfect spot for watching the sunset whilst sipping a wine.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer to store your food. The kitchen/dining and lounge areas are airconditioned and have Tasmanian Oak flooring.

Off the kitchen there is a large deck overlooking beautiful wetlands teeming with birds, ducks and swans in the winter months. There is plenty of room out on the deck for a leisurely breakfast or enjoying the day lazing on one of our sun lounges. There is a BBQ and outdoor setting for six.

Great spot to stay for a weekend. The house was comfortable and the showers were perfectly hot. My favourite place was on the back verandah watching the birds revelling in the native shrubs and gum trees.

Short break with friends

We stayed with a friend and her 2 children from Switzerland. They loved how close it was to the beach. The house was great and perfect for our group. We had no problems accessing the house and Daina was very nice to deal with. We would definitely recommend this home to friends.

Nice break “where the bush meets the sea”.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and pleasant house. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. Nice outside sitting areas. Ali - the host was friendly, accomodating and answered my questions quickly. We will love to come back.

Relaxing weekend

Property was nice and clean. There was no wifi and the upstairs bedroom was well equipped with an en-suite with spa bath and also a balcony. As the upstairs was open though there is no privacy and the sound from downstairs is annoying at times. Good house for a family though.

Great family holiday

Nice clean house. Presented as described. AC worked well to keep us all warm in a sub-zero evening. We took our own heatrs and only used one in the kids bedroom. The central AC kept us warm in the adults retreat up stairs. Great location for a family holiday.
