Overall the stay was really good, my son and I had a great time. The staff were super friendly (except for 1 maid), lobby and pool area super clean, room was clean and comfortable (the only thing was bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and the sheets were very thin). The little extras were very appreciated - popcorn in the lobby, attentive staff in pool area, the presentation on Sea Turtles.

Cool spot, room for some improvements.

stay was good overall. It was hard to get someone to clean our room and change our sheets. I requested it from the front desk several times. Hidden parking charges felt scammy. Paying $1600 for staying for a week and having to pay an additional $25/day for parking wasn't cool. Probably won't book there again unless that fee is removed. Tried to get refunded from Hotels.com because the extra fees weren't clear up front. Hidden in the fine print, conveniently. They weren't willing to make it right so probably won't book through hotels.com again either. I highly value customer service that is willing to go above and beyond and that didn't happen. Not trying to sound like a grouch but anyone paying a lot of money for a vacation doesn't like hidden fees that weren't discussed or clear up front being tacked on to their credit card.

Beautiful views, wonderful pool Service by our waiter Sean was awesome. Just be aware that they are charging you $25 a day for the parking pass. It showed up on my credit card after we left.

The absolute perfect property

This was a very nice property conveniently located right on the water. Had a great hot breakfast daily with options. A beautiful pool and lazy river if you have littles or just want to enjoy a float. View was gorgeous and close to eating places. I loved that our beds were separated by the bathroom as if we had a separate bedroom… added extra privacy and helped with noise. Loved this property. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

They didn’t clean our room all week but in love with the amenities. The girls at breakfast were hard workers. Love the cocktail waitress at the pool. It’s a hidden gem but I hope no one finds out about it. We already rebooked for October.

It was an overall good stay. Nice room, pool, grounds, staff all great. It was a bad choice if you are looking for peace and quiet the hotel is very kid friendly which is awesome. We should have taken in to consideration that it is the spring break season and the kids where out in full force. We may choose to return in the future not in the spring break timeline. The beach is AMAZING the sand was perfect made the trip worth it.

Had an issue with the room at check in, but staff did their best to correct. Remainder of the trip was wonderful. Pool was nice. Location was great.

Staff didn't clean the room while there or bring new towels and linens. Lighting in room was very poor and one of the tvs didn't work. Door to balcony was extremely hard to open and me and my wife both hurt our hands trying to open it. The fact it only has 2 elevators for the whole hotel, including staff, trying to use it was a bit awkward

Springhill suites by Marriott. Lots of DOGS in this hotel, which felt dirty! Ask for an OCEAN FRONT ROOM, NOT a bay front.! Big difference in view, same price. $25/day parking charge, ridiculous!They make a KILLING on parking! There must have been at least 150 cars in the lot per day! By the way, its not covered, just a parking lot!. Are they that desperate to make a buck Website said FREE PARKING! OTHERS with REVIEWS HAVE DISPUTED CHARGES.
