Sandy Key property offers 800 feet of private beach, 2 pools, hot tub, full size tennis/pickleball court, fitness center, grill and picnic areas, and private parking in the gated community. This unit is located in Tower 3, on the 5th floor. The master suite features a King size bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, sliding glass door to the unit's private balcony, and an attached bathroom with a full size stand-up shower. The guest bedroom has one queen bed and a twin bunk bed with trundle, TVs are in both bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The fully equipped kitchen is excellent to prepare your favorite meals along with a dining room that seats 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar. A spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the living room, with NEW SOFAS, or just take a few steps to your balcony to enjoy the scenery of the Gulf waters.
