¡Bienvenido a Kiss the Wave! Este condominio bellamente amueblado está ubicado en el 4to piso en la comunidad del Gran Caribe. Grand Carribean es una comunidad privada cerrada y cercada a solo unos pasos de la costa del Golfo y al lado del Parque Nacional de la Isla del Golfo. Esta unidad está en el piso superior con magníficas vistas del golfo desde la cubierta envolvente y los espacios de vida principales.
Disfrute de su tiempo en la playa en este condominio recientemente renovado en el último piso. Cada una de las 2 habitaciones tiene una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana y baños en suite (1 tiene acceso a la sala también). Debe haber suficiente espacio para que todos compartan comidas y jueguen alrededor de la mesa del comedor para 8 personas. Disfrute del concepto abierto: sala de estar, comedor y cocina, ¡no se perderá nada y podrá disfrutar de la vista al mar al mismo tiempo! La cocina está elegantemente equipada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de su estancia. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores (interior y balcón) y no se permiten mascotas.
Camina hasta la playa y disfruta de las playas de arena blanca y las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México a solo 200 metros de distancia. Justo al final de la calle está la entrada a Johnson Beach, donde puedes disfrutar tanto del paisaje de la bahía como del golfo. El parque ofrece baños limpios, pabellones de picnic, sendero de descubrimiento y lanzamiento de kayak. Hay una tarifa de acceso asociada con la entrada al parque. Un pase de temporada también es bueno en cualquier National Seashore, incluidos Fort Pickens y Opal Beach.
Perdido Key Island ofrece comidas, compras, golf, pesca, buceo y cruceros con delfines. Beautifully renovated

Renovations on this condo were gorgeous! Great set up with 2 king sized beds. Also chairs to use on the beach were great! Without a doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a rental!

Very beautiful condo walking distance to the beach.

We have stayed at the grand Caribbean several times. The pool has always been heated so we were disappointed that the board made the decision not to heat it. The hot tub was broken at our building so we had to walk over to the other building to enjoy that. February is the best time for us to vacation, so we will probably be looking for a different property with a heated pool for our next trip. My kids are all about the pool! Can’t complain about the 2 bedroom condo at all tho.

Great family trip!!

Condo was exactly as advertised and we had a great vacation. The hot tub was out of order but that was out of the owners hands and the disposal wasn't working but neither of those was a real issue.

Our Stay at Kiss the Wave

The property was exactly as shown online. Beds were VERY comfortable, water pressure was to die for and everything was very clean. The only suggestions I would make are to let people know there is one bath towel per guest and only one extra roll of toilet paper so that they may be better prepared to bring extras with them.....:)

Family vacation

My family loved our stay at Kiss the Wave in Perdido Key! The condo was beautiful and was exactly as listed! This is our second year staying at the Grand Caribbean East condos and Kiss the Wave is now a family favorite! We loved the gulf views from the top corner unit and the short walk to the beach. Karen was quick to respond with any issues we had. We are already planning our stay here next year!!

Beautiful condo!

This condo was probably the best equipped and most comfortable place we have stayed. Beds were so comfortable. Towels were nice and soft. Decor was beautiful. Kids loved having the games. TV was easy to use. Patio was large! Beach toys were provided. Would definitely return! My only complaint has nothing at all to do with the property manager or the interior of the condo but I would like to warn others that the property stairs were wet when we were walking down. The texture is similar to that of a metal tool box and were so slippery that my husband slipped while holding our toddler in one arm and a bag in the other and hit their backs on the stairs. It could have been much worse. I just want to make others aware so that they don’t have the same injuries. Make sure to hold the hand rails!!!! And just take the elevator instead :)

Five stars!!!

This condo was absolutely as described if not better. When I was shopping around for condos to stay at that actually accommodated five pp without one having to sleep on the couch this one had the space and best prices. The condo has been newly renovated and was super super beachy cute!! The bedrooms were big. The hallway bunk beds were perfect. There were two couches and all the other necessities you would need. Mrs Karen the owner was super nice through out the whole process. It is within a extremely short walk to the beach. A side access so you don’t have to cross the street at all. Would absolutely consider this condo every time first in the future!!

Cozy Beach Getaway

Wonderful condo with a great location to enjoy a getaway allowing a chance to relax and make memories. Beautiful amenities and extras made this stay exceptionally nice. Easily assessable and great communication with host. So much fun and would easily want to return to stay again.

Lovely place

Our family of 4 enjoyed our spring break long weekend in this unit. Good amount of space and nice decor, had everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants. The area was relatively low key which was what we were looking for- thank you!

Cute, Clean and Fully Stocked Condo

My family and I stayed here for spring break. We were able to check in a day early and since we were having such a great time, we extended our stay and booked it for an extra night as well. Karen was a great host and responded in a timely manner. The condo is just like the pictures. Nicely decorated and very clean. The beds are all so comfortable and each and everyone one of us slept great. The condo is stocked with all you’ll need! It’s in a very quiet area with a short walk to the private beach. Area attractions are just a short drive away. This was our first time to the area and we will definitely be back!!

We had a great time at this condo. It was recently updated, very clean and beds were very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to questions. The beach was beautiful. We saw dolphins from the partial ocean view of the balcony. We hope to be back to this unit.

Beautiful Condo

This condo had everything we needed for our stay and is beautifully appointed. We slept in the master bedroom and it has probably one of the most comfortable mattresses of any place we have stayed. The balcony is a nice size; plenty of room for the 6 of us to gather. The location is convenient to grocery stores, a pharmacy and within a short drive to a variety of restaurants. The beach is just a short walk away. The pool and hot tub are conveniently located right off the first floor elevator. The owner was helpful and very responsive to our questions. If we travel to Pensacola again, we'll definitely stay here!
