We enjoyed our stay in unit 703 and it was the perfect size for our family of 3. The balcony was roomy with a great view and nice furniture. The condo was clean, modern, with updated kitchen, new fridge, comfy beds and pillows, and a fun reading nook/couch to relax on in master bedroom. The showers had great water pressure and got real hot the way we like it. A/C worked great and we had no issues with temp control. You can enjoy the ocean view from living room, master bedroom, and balcony. Would recommend you bring your own body wash and hand soap, as there was not a lot given if you're staying for several days. The pool area was clean and hot tub was spacious. The beach chair service was amazing. Very attentive and polite young man, always asking if we needed anything. This is a great location as it's walking distance to fun shopping and eating right across the street, and short drive to many more options. Parking was easy. Elevators could be slow at times, but not too bad. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and it's a great value for the price point. Would highly recommend this condo!
