The house itself was great. Beds comfortable, furniture was nice and kitchen was great. However a couple things could be improved on. First, the stairs going to the door are not well lit. Both myself and my husband almost fell going down them at night. A motion sensor light would be great. It would also be nice to have enough coffee provided for the first morning for those getting in late at night. Other places I’ve stayed has a folder with recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. We also couldn’t figure out the WiFi password so we didn’t have WiFi all week. Put the password somewhere easier to find than asking people to find the router and look at the bottom. The master bedroom faces a main road so road noise was a bit of a concern at night. The staff we messaged were always very sweet and responded quickly, except the day we really needed help. It was Thanksgiving day and the keypad to lock and unlock the door wasn’t working. We messaged the emergency number we were provided and no one responded. We had plans that day/night so had the leave the door unlocked with all our belongings in there. We realize it was Thanksgiving but still we’re not comfortable leaving the place unlocked. Would we stay here again. Definitely but we would prefer a unit away from the main road and exit gates.
