The host Alex is absolutely awesome to work with. Our purpose of staying was for the Blue Angels homecoming, and when the dates got changed to the following weekend, he allowed us to change also.

The area/ neighborhood was fantastic. The beds, kitchen and living area were great for the kids. The pool never heated even with multiple conversations with the owner. He continued to argue stating the pool was at the appropriate degree. At the persistence of my daughter, he finally agreed that something was wrong with the heating system and sent a repair technician to the house. I paid extra for a heated pool and although the kids used the pool, it never was warm. ( owner kept saying it was 84 degrees remotely, but the technician stated the remote was the issue as to why the pool wasn’t heating). Also the roof had a leak in the patio room. The stove eyes were in poor working order. I had to cook everything on high to even get it to a temperature to cook, and then the food would burn. The microwave was our saving grace. And the washer and dryer were in good working condition. The house could use some updating and a good deep cleaning and pressure washing. All in all our stay was good we were together and well. Only a few inconveniences. Can’t recommend nor will I stay again, but if you are content wya few inconveniences, the area was great to watch the NLIE ANGELS practice!’

The house lacks cleanliness. When we arrived, the cleaning staff was still there and had a young child (2-3) with them and was watching TV. They rushed out once we arrived, so not sure if they finished their tasks. As we started to put our things into the refrigerator, the first thing noticed was how nasty it was. This included the freezer. I had to completely wash the refrigerator, I would not have put my things in dirty condition. Same goes with the freezer. Much of the furniture was not dusted, nor under the furniture had been touched in quite some time. Under beds and under sofas had not been cleaned obviously in a long time. The rug in the bathrooms had obviously not been washed between stays. The garage was very dirty and piled up with what didn't have a place in the house. The pool was clean, but the state of the outside is in need of detailed cleaning. The liner of the pool is sagging and coming loose on the side and the bottom has many wrinkles that could be felt with your feet. The outside plant area contained an abundance of weeds as well as the front plant areas. There was mildew everywhere and gutters poured under the covered area when it rained. I was also asked to add a heavy bag of pool salt during our stay. This is my 4th house with VRBO that included a pool, I have never been asked to fulfill pool maintenance. Upon checkout, we were shocked to find rotting food under the couch in the living area. The area of the house was great.

Amazing property

The house was just as described. It was large enough for our family of 8. We loved the pool table when it rained and the pool when the weather was nice. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the beaches and 5 minutes to the Air Force base. Highly recommend.

Family yearly beach trip

We had a wonderful week.The house is beautiful and very clean. Alex went above and beyond to make our stay great. My family stayed last year at his other property and they both are very nice and clean and the area is very conveniently located to many restaurants and public beaches.

Vacation rental home

Neighborhood is located in the best area in pensacola, we felt very safe, homes were all beautiful, plenty of room in our rental, pool table and the pool was the best entertainment for the kids and us adults, we enjoyed our 9 day stay. Yes i recommend this rental.

We absolutely loved the house and having a swimming pool right there for our enjoyment. The pool table was also a hit with our family as we had nightly tournaments with the kids. Lots of memories made here. The beaches were so close by which was a major plus!

Wonderfully spacious home

The home is beautiful and is actually bigger than what you see in the pictures. Alex is an awesome host. He was very communicative and easy to work with. And what can I say about the area? Well, it’s a beautiful sub-division that is very close the Perdido Keys, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and within a decent distance to Navarre Beach, Destin, and Fort Walton. All in all, it is a great place for a family and we will definitely rent from Alex again.

Great experience.

Wonderful, well maintained home in great subdivision. Comfortable furnishings, kitchen well stocked. Pool and pool table a big hit with our group. Alex easy to communicate with. Easy access to beaches, restaurants and Blue Angels practice sessions and museum.
