The Needle Rush Point facility was super. The property is very classic, clean, well lit at night, and well maintained. The beach area at the property is large and felt ex private; extremely relaxing. It was very easy to rent chairs on the beach. The pool was perfect for us. Plenty of chairs and plenty of room to relax. Now, as for this specific condo unit, it is VERY tired and in major need of attention. The blinds in every room are broken and dusty. The slats on one of the twin beds in the guest room are broken. Our daughter climbed in for bed on the first night and the mattress fell to the floor. The towel holders in both bathrooms are rusted and broken but placed to make it seem that they're not. One in the master bathroom fell off of the wall and bruised my wife's foot on the first night. The oven in the kitchen is a microwave/oven. It ended up working fine, it just took a little longer to cook. The coffee machine was very nice. In summary, we had a great week because we're pretty easy going and the facility was very nice. If you're someone that is expecting nicer amenities inside the condo, this specific unit isn't the condo for you.
