Wonderful Location and Condo and Experience.

Repeat visitor to the area and this property with family. Property is always well kept in an excellent location with access to the beach and other entertainment. Will be back soon.

Easy to book. Easy to get in with codes to gate and condo. Easy access to beach. View was good but was not panoramic past the side of the building as this condo was not facing the gulf

Home away from home

We absolutely loved this condo! Not only did it have breathtaking views of water on both sides of the balcony but it had everything I needed! The beds were comfortable, the living room was nice, and the kitchen had everything except kitchen scissors. The bathrooms had shampoo & conditioner dispensers in them. They even had beach towels & beach chairs. I will definitely book here again!

The best stay!

This unit was extremely clean and perfectly situated on a quiet end of the beach. My family enjoyed it so much! There is a store across the street. The hosts were very easy to work with and you can’t beat the views! We will definitely be staying again!

Wonderful

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and since it was windy and cool the waves were crashing. We were recommended to go to Peg Leg for dinner and it was great. The place was quiet and lovely.

Spectacular View

This top floor condo with view of the Gulf and the Sound was perfect for our family girls trip. Clean and Comfortable, owners are very responsive. They had just about everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub is huge and kept at a toasty 104 degrees. Met a couple owners and residents in the building that were very nice. Overall we had a great vacation and can not wait to return to Pensacola Beach.

Location is great...

We were hoping that this will be our every month to stay place, we have to come to Pensacola every month, but... though the condo is cozy and in a great location, it is old and worn out. it had a strong chemical/cleaning solution smell. We had to keep the balcony door open the entire time as well as fan going to pull the smell out. My husband had to take headache meds. Also the place was NOT dirty but it definitely was not $150 clean..it did not have deep cleaning in a very long time. Towels were not fresh and smell like they've been in a stifle garage box for a while.

Great place!

This is a wonderful place to stay. 2 nice bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. It had beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen was very nice. The best part is the location and the Balcony! The balcony is shady yet has a view of the ocean, bay side water and down the beach. You can see the sun rise. The only minor things that it could have used is more toilet paper ,wash cloths and a better frying pan. I will defiantly stay here again! It truly is a fantastic place to stay.

Amazing

An amazing ladies weekend! The view was amazing, plenty of room, neat and clean. Pool & hot tub was a bonus. Only thing i wish there was at least a little bit of shade by pool or some umbrellas.

Maybe stretching description a little, technically top floor! The only real issue & only on first day was smell from trash & the gnats. I did msg owner, did not get a response.

Beautiful condo!

The view was spectacular, watch the sunrise, see dolphins. The beach in front of the condo was beautiful and not at all crowded. We not only enjoyed the condo and the beach but the pool and hot tub were also perfect.

Vacation 24

It was our first time staying in Pensacola and we absolutely loved it! We plan to go back next summer. The only downfall was the condo not having a personal washing machine and dryer, but there was one downstairs if needed.

Property was clean and convenient. It is somewhat dated compared to other property that we have stayed for the same money. Keys for entry are very cumbersome...could be improved for limited investment.

Lovely property!

We spent 5 nights here just before the 4th of July, and we couldnt have been more pleased! The condo had everything we could have needed. The owners were a pleasure to work with, our questions were answered right away and always in great detail. While the building itself is older, the condo itself is in pristine condition. Parking was easy, and the beach access is so close that we won't stay anywhere else in the future!
