This condo was perfectly located! Right across the street from an incredible restaurant and ice cream shop! Super easy walk to the beach! The condo itself was extremely spacious, plenty of room for my family and my wife’s family! We had an incredible time there and would do it again in a heartbeat!

This is a nice property that worked well for our family group of 14. The Perdido Sun resort is well kept and attractive. The grounds are maintained and the pools are large and clean. The location is great-- a smaller property with dining and shopping just across the street. Coastal Elegance condo is really spacious, with a large living area indoors and a large balcony. We were surprised to learn that there was only one on-site parking space for us, and one off-property. Thankfully, the management company found us additional off-property parking for our remaining two cars. There were some minor maintenance issues that needed attention: broken remote to overhead light/fan so it didn't work, bathroom door that couldn't be locked, some construction debris to be removed from balcony.... Management company was responsive and did what they could, but couldn't get all done due to holiday weekend. These issues cost one star from the review, but hey!-- four stars is still good! If you have a large group and want lots of space in a beautiful and convenient area, this is a good choice! I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay—the space was perfect for our family of 6, my parents, and my brother-in-law and niece. The condo was beautifully decorated, and everything was so comfy from the couches to the beds to the patio furniture. Kids loved the bunk bed room! Location was great! We could walk right out to the beach—and my parents could see us from the balcony. Loved the shower down by the beach access, and the indoor/outdoor pool. We were also conveniently right across the street for a shopping center with pizza and ice cream! It really was such a wonderful stay! And Alisha was quick and easy to communicate with! We absolutely oved the condo, location, and easy access to the beach! Will definitely stay here again!
