Location is in a very run down area with people roaming the streets at all hours. Loose vicious looking dogs roam as well. The home smelled so strong of horrible mens cologne that we opened all doors immediately. Then we entered the bedrooms where I gasped. There are heavy urine and fecal matter stains on all carpeted areas. One of the pet stains looked fresh with red tint in it. Disgusting, host should shut this property down immediately for flooring change. Host does not respond by the way. Towels were old and stained. Sheets were thin and cheap. Would never ever stay here again. If you do, bring what you need for safety, your own towels, sheets, pillows, toilet paper and hair dryer.

Disappointed with basics missing

We stayed at this property over 4th of July weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the location was nice, the home lacked several essentials that should be standard in any rental. There was no shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, or trash bags provided. The pots and pans had loose handles, and there were no basic cooking staples like salt, pepper, or oil. We were also left with only a very small amount of coffee.The A/C was preset to 78 degrees and kept defaulting back despite our efforts to lower it, making the house uncomfortable during a very hot weekend. The yard was not mowed, which made the outdoor space feel neglected, and we even found a small roach in one of the bedrooms.Communication with the VRBO agent was slow, and when we finally received a response promising to bring the missing items, they left them outside on the side of the house — and they got soaked in the rain before we returned. On our last day, I reached out again with a complaint and never received any response at all.We were really hoping for a relaxing and comfortable stay, but sadly, this property didn’t deliver. I hope the owner takes these issues seriously for future guests.

This was my first time staying in a rental house, and I was truly not dissatisfied. The house was beautiful and had everything I could have asked for. The only complaint I had is that it is listed as pet friendly, but the yard is not safe for our dog to go out in. Fence it in and do better at making it walkable.

Great Little House

We stayed for a dive weekend in Pensacola. Everything was great. The only issue that we had was that we had two trucks and neither would fit in the garage, but that is no ones fault.
