Enjoy the entire private condo that has recently been refreshed with a beachy scheme, setting the mood for relaxation. The covered deck is just steps away from the beach and one of the best places to sip your drink while soaking in the Emerald Coast or simply close your eyes and listen to the music the ocean waves play! Be sure to check out the pool or treat yourself to a lovely walk around the pond and gazebo.

This top floor (2nd level) location provides peace and quiet, breath-taking views of the ocean, and conveniently quick access to the beach with stunning sunsets. You will have your own private covered parking spot among other amenities to add comfort to your stay. Special attention and love was given to ensure our guests enjoyment of this property. Come enjoy this space and create your own special memories!

FRONT ROOM: 2 large couches, ceiling fan, phone charging port, a smart TV with Wi-Fi access and Netflix on us.

PRIMARY BEDROOM: 1 king bed, oversized reading chair overlooking beach that converts to a pull-out twin, playpen (located in walk-in closet), TV w/Roku stick, phone charging port, and ceiling fan. ALL bedroom mattresses and pillows have been incased to prevent bed bugs and all linens and blankets are laundered before your stay.

GUEST BEDROOM: 1 queen bed, twin bunkbeds, TV w/Roku stick, phone charging port, and ceiling fan.

KITCHEN: Utensils supplied for meals at home along with some coffee K-cups, creamer, sugar, tea, a few spices, and cooking spray. We also supply you with a start pack of paper towels and garbage bags.

BATHROOMS (1 1/2): Fresh towels, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and blow dryer available.

DECK: Table with 4 chairs, 2 beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. You are less than a 60 second walk to the crystal clear emerald ocean and the whitest sand beach Pensacola is known for.

EXTRAS: Board games, cards, iron/ironing board, and beach towels for your enjoyment. Coin operated laundry facilities are also located on the property.

The beach area directly outside the condo tends to be quieter and more local if you are looking for some tranquility or just a short 7-10 minutes up the beach you will find entertainment often on the public beach along with gastropubs and dining-out options offered. This experience will bring tons of joy and memories for you and your loved ones!

* No smoking allowed inside the home or on the deck. IF SMOKE or Marijuana SMELL IS DETECTED IN THE HOUSE GUESTS WILL BE ASSESSED $500 for professional smoke removal.

Amazing Stay!!

My mom and I rented this property to enjoy blues weekend without havng to battle the crowds or traffic! It worked out great! The place was gorgeous and super close beach access! Some of our relatives joined us for the show and it worked out so well having a place to go if people wanted to cool down or make some food! 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again!

The owner has put a lot of thoughtfulness into this condo. Everything needed available for a perfect get away. The best part of my trip was snuggled up in a freshly washed mermaid scales multi colored beach towel (provided by owner) watching the sunset! There’s a New Tommy Bahama beach chair set. The kitchen is awesome with the prettiest dishes. Comfy couches. The steps are a little steep but not terrible. The beach is RIGHT THERE! Probably the closest walk to the beach I’ve ever stayed. Owner is super quick on responses. I couldn’t have ask for anything more perfect!!!!

Nice little spot!

The condo is decorated beautifully, and it’s very comfortable! Furniture was very nice and modern, and we enjoyed the indoor space very much! This property was extremely well stocked, and felt quite homey. We bought paper items, but we didn’t have to use them because they had a great supply! We left the unopened ones for the next group to enjoy. Just a couple of things we didn’t particularly care for, and felt could be better described in the listing description. This condo has a shared balcony with the condo next door. There is a small wall between, but the steps are shared between two units, and I feel this should have been mentioned. Secondly, the condo has Netflix provided by the property owners, which is super nice, but unless you have subscriptions to other streaming services, that’s all you have. Smoking was taking place on most balconies, but there is a sign stating no smoking (e-cigarettes and vapes included) on the balcony railing. The pictures shown of this area didn’t reflect that, so it was surprising when the sign was there when we arrived. If that is the case for some properties, there needs to be a smoking/vaping area available to guests away from the buildings. Lastly, the laundry area is very sketchy. The change machines were out of order, with no one in the office to get change from. The machines were outside in a covered area, and just not very clean. We lost money trying to wash laundry. Beach and room are beautiful, just needs clearer description.

The location of this condo was wonderful! Our family really enjoyed being just steps to the beach. The hosts were great and added nice touches like a treat bowl that my kids loved.🙂

Great Location, Beautiful Condo

Great location in a small condo community, steps from the beach as described! Soft sand, nice water and far enough away from the busier high rises and hotels. The decor of the home was beautiful, beachy and there was a bit more ocean view than expected. It was more than enough room for your crew in terms of sleeping arrangment and also 6-7 dining. Parking space was enough for our large SUV. We passed a broom and sanitary wipes over most surfaces when we arrive because quite honestly, the hired cleaners always take short cuts. They flip the comforters instead of dry cleaning, they pass the broom behind the chairs but not under the table. This was the only negative, which was easily fixed with a little elbow grease. Necessary though because all of the leftover chips, hair and sand are exactly the snacks our little toddler loves. Bathroom is extremely small compared to the neighboring closets. but it was equipped with plenty of towels, beach towels and most toiletries. There was not a dust pan, replacement trash bag, extra roll of toilet paper or paper towels but we made due. The kitchen had all the items needed to cook and plate meals for our 6 hungry folk. I know it's the beach, lived beach side in Saint Augustine for 3 years, but the vacuum has seen better days so the dust pan would have been clutch considering. Definitely a 4.5/5 star condo

Great vacation rental

Coming from the OBX rentals we are used to, this is definitely on par with the better rentals we've stayed in. Perfect little family getaway

You can’t get an easier, closer walk to the beach. And just a few miles from shopping, dining and my family’s favorite Fort Pickens. I will stay here again. And I would absolutely recommend this unit.
